Dr. Jing Moy is a very patient, thorough n understanding. I've had great experiences with him. Very helpful to me during this Covid-19....I definitely will keep him as our family doctor!

I too was given an appointment as was charged an astronomical amount for a short appointment. There is something wrong with the way they are billing, because it shouldn't cost 100's of dollars to ask a simple question about a pain.

Answers generally, but seems to rush you. Overcharges for service, so unless you like a charge that is way more than a normal copay, you should find another doctor.

Agreed with the other reviewer that this Dr charges more than double of other experienced doctors. Got a bill of $414 for a single visit ! Called the billing department to make sure there were no mistakes and they said these are the regular charges and they cannot do anything about it. There is no way to appeal either. Stay away. Time to find a new doctor.

The doctor charges 50% more than very experienced doctors at Los Gatos. He needs to be more transparent at the rate he charges patients.
