I saw dr. Liu in hospital so wait time, staff, appointments are not relevant. However my comment relates to billing. I was billed after the hospitalization and my recollection wad paid the bill pretry soon after along with at least ten others related to the hospitalization. Now a full 3 years later a collection agency is calling me saying I did not pay his bill. I have had no communication since. I cannot even obtain the checking and credit card statements for all my accounts at that point in time. Prompter follow up if a payment is not received would be helpful as I now cannot prove I paid the bill since I do not keep documentation for that long. Meanwhile I have gotten 10 calls in 2 weeks from a collection agency. Aggravating.
