I called to try to make an appointment for routine physical and lab work and they said they have to do a zoom call first which is considered a copay visit before I can come in for a routine physical...totally a scam to get two visits instead of one which is literally what a routine physical consists of. I am 25 years old, no medical history. Why would I waste my time with two visits just so they can get an extra copay. Never had a doc ask for that with a routine annual physical

I have seen Dr. Shade for the last 10 years and she is without a doubt, one of the most informed, up to date, polite, understanding and caring doctors I have ever had the privilege to see!. I make these claims, based on my extensive medical history with over 20 surgeries from doctors at Stanford, UCSF, and many other facilities. And through all of this, she was always on my side and took the time to ensure that I was receiving the best care. She is the Primary care Physician for my whole family. Absolutely the Best!

She’s okay but can be a complete dingbat. Rushes through your appt. reading the chart while discussing issues. Can’t remember what or who previously prescribed something, even when it was herself!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Shade for several years now, as has my husband also. She is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. She is very compassionate and has empathy for you. She discussis with you your choices of treatment and what you want to do. I have fibromyalgia as well as some back issues. She has always to make things as easy on me as possible. She is always cheerful.
