Dr Murray and staff were awesome at first visit. However, if I need surgery I would not have it at Good Sam. So was sorry to hear of his affiliate hospital that is owned by a for profit, HCA.

Had a superb treatment for my broken ankle with recovery in less than 8 weeks. Quality of care, attention to details and explanations of the options available to me were exceptional.

The doctor only saw me in person for a few minutes while my total wait time in the clinic was almost an hour. Felt like the clinic just wanted to squeeze in as many patients as possible. I was in pain after an injury and the doctor did not give me any treatment or tips, even though my injury is common. Not what I would expect from a professional with many years of experience. The doctor tried to leave the room as quickly as possible and only stayed for over a minute because I started asking many questions to get some kind of information about my diagnosis. Would not come back as the doctor did not provide any medical knowledge and made my visit completely useless.
