I was under her team's prenatal care for a short time. She is generally a nice doctor. However, the care team is very unprofessional.1. My BP measurement was recorded wrong in my medical record. The doctor did not notice the mistake even though the number was weirdly high. I found the mistake when I reviewed my health summary several months after the visit...2. They forgot to order the NT test for me. I called them at least five times for almost two weeks, and the problem did not get fixed. I had to take one day off to drive to both offices and wait for a short available time to fix the problem. 3. The communication was horrible. I went to Mountain View office to start my visit, so all the records were in MV office. Los Gatos office handled email and phone call communication, but they did not have access to the medical records or orders from the MV office. Very confusing.I felt the team did not try to help me at all when I had problems or was confused. They also kept making rookie mistakes. I personally did not trust them to provide professional health care.

I went to see her for my first OB appointment for family planing. I didn't feel like she was caring, compassionate, and empathetic at all. I don't think she has any interested on helping or supporting me.When I went to see her, I haven't get booster for covid vaccine and she was raising her voice said "WHY NOT?". Right away I felt judged by her on my first (and last appointment). I don't mind she asked me the reason why I haven't got it but for her to raise her voice was very unprofessional of her. Yes, I'm one of those people who is hesitate to get vaccine as my daughter had reaction to vaccine. I understand her role as a doctor but I also believe doctors also need to respect other people/patient choices and decision.
