L&P Aesthetics's Online Review Report Card

I spent my late teens "living" in tanning beds, which caused big sun spots on my face. They made me very self conscious as a forty year old woman. Makeup didn't even cover them. I came to L&P to see if they could help. Olivia Palmer was my specialist and she was phenomenal. She talked me through the whole process, made me comfortable during the laser procedures, and she made me feel like she really cared about me and my skin. I never felt pressure to buy more treatments and she was always upfront and honest about how many treatments I would need. She gave me advice on how to take care of my skin and she listened and answered my many questions without making me feel rushed. I am so happy with my results and it is all because of Olivia.

I go to L&P to see Olivia for filler and have also gotten a series of Morpheus8 treatments. I absolutely love Olivia and am really glad I found her. With injections, she takes her time to make sure everything is balanced and you can tell how knowledgable she is. Morpheus8 is definitely not comfortable but they do what they can to make it a great experience. It is not something I personally could afford to do regularly, BUT was definitely worth it and is one of my favorite skin treatments now. We plan on doing Sculptra next for facial contouring. Olivia speaks very highly of Moxi too which I also want to try. I also love how they do specials and those special's aren't just limited to new clients, existing ones can also often take advantage of the specials - which makes you feel appreciated as a client :) I used to hop from injector to injector, also feeling left a littler underwhelmed with the experience. I will definitely be sticking with Olivia foreverrrrrrr

I feel...duped? I called to make an appointment for laser body treatment and was told I could have a consultation at either location. The consultation fee was $150 but could be applied towards any service I elected in the future. (I've had many other free consultations but this was the only place in the surrounding area listing the treatment I wanted so went for it.) The office staff was wonderful and welcoming but I did wonder why I was having pictures of my face taken "for medical purposes" when I hadn't even met with an esthetician yet or committed to a future service - I wasn't interested in a facial procedure. I then met with the esthetician and found out right away that the service I wanted was only available at the Palo Alto location, but they could at least give me a quote for it here. The appt then quickly turned into "so tell me about what you would want to do with your face" so I mentioned a few things and after a few follow up questions from a standard form I was read a list of "suggestions" of products to incorporate into my existing skin care routine (which was great! But not what I was there for.) After no more than a 5 minute appointment and no "examination" of my skin or the area I wanted the laser on, we proceeded to the front desk to receive my quotes. Again, the office staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the products and the current discounts being offered. I was then given a very pricey quote for the laser and knew it wasn't something I could commit to right away (especially given the fact that I got zero information on the procedure or how it worked during my consult) so I thought to myself... at least I can apply my consult fee towards my product. Surprise... you cannot, the fee can only be applied to services. I spent $150 to get a quote for a procedure that I could've gotten over the phone - especially if no examination of my skin was needed in order to produce the quote. I then proceeded to spend additional $$ on product because I genuinely wanted it. All this to say... I probably should've done more research and asked more questions prior to making the consultation appointment, but I wish the staff would've also asked more pointed questions regarding the service I was interested in to make sure I got everything I could've out of my consultation considering the cost.

I'm a new patient to this magic place with wonderful people who are professional, educated, caring, honest, and made me feel like family. My first experience was a Diamond facial / Derma planing with Sid. She is a lovely person who listens to what you're trying to achieve and provides guidance to make your skin glow! I loved the results that I bought a package. I'm on my 4th treatment and I'm hooked. Thanks to the whole team!

Upper, lower, fat transfer. 💯 improvement! Dr. Curti does amazing work. This is 8 weeks after surgery.

I love Dr. P and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! I have also seen Colleen and Heidi and they are amazing.

Got a facial done by Sid and the entire experience was amazing!!! This was my first ever facial so I was nervous as my skin is super sensitive and acne prone but they really listened to my concerns and anxieties and went above and beyond with the thorough consult! Answered any questions I had about my skin and recommended products that my skin has been loving. The facial was amazing and have noticed my skin become drastically clearer and less congested. Will definitely be a returning costumer!

Dr. Curti was awesome. He kept me informed during the entire process which was relatively painless. The whole process was smooth and the results are excellent

These two surgeons are so professional, focused & skilled. They are an incredible team that work on you together. As a patient, I felt I had years of continuing experience watching out for me all the way through my facelift surgery process - working together in this way brings so much support for all involved through these long procedures. The office is organized, clean and runs like a finely tuned machine; from the first phone call throughout the planning and healing process. My point person, Michelle, was a blessing. All questions were answered and I was never made to feel like a bother. If you are looking for excellent surgical care and fabulous results L&P is where you should go.

I did a lot of research before I contacted L&P . It was definitely the right decision ! From the very first phone call and continuing after care ( 4mths healed) You will be well taken care before and after . They are the BEST surgeons and their team amazing !
