38yo male here. Maintenance phase. 2x a year. Been coming here for years. Getting facial laser was the best thing I bought myself. My skin has never looked better. Huge confidence booster as well. The nurses Sonia and Amy are the best. They’re quick and knowledgeable. If you’re a male who struggles with acne and ingrown hairs. Get facial laser. You won’t regret it.

I love this location. I’ve had a negative experience at the Santana row location and the customer service and vibe in Los Gatos is always top tier. Lilly always helps me find the right deals and packages for what I need and makes sure I don’t miss out on anything! Lilly is so helpful and professional it makes my experience feel personalized and seamless. Definitely recommend this location especially!

Amy and Tina were awesome!! I made them aware of my sensitive needs and they were very accommodating. I wish I could see them for all my treatments. You made my procedure comfortable. I came in for maintenance on my face and underarms and a new procedure, legs.

5 Stars – The BEST Experience with Carrie! ✨ I cannot say enough amazing things about Carrie! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and truly cared for. She took her time explaining the entire lip filler process, answered all of my questions honestly, and made sure I felt confident before we even started. Carrie’s technique is so precise and gentle , I barely felt anything. She’s a true artist and perfectionist in the best way. What I appreciated most is how patient and thoughtful she was — she didn’t rush, and she made sure every detail matched my natural features. I can't wait for my second session in a few weeks, but even now, I feel more confident and so happy with the results. Carrie is truly gifted at what she does, and I’m so thankful I found her.
