We are so happy to have found Dr. Li! She and the whole staff at LG Pediatrics are fantastic. They have been a wonderful resource for us navigating the first 15 months of our son's life and we trust them to give us the most up-to-date medical recommendations.

We couldn’t be happier with Dr. Komal Afzal and her amazing team! She’s one of the most compassionate and thorough pediatricians in San Jose. From our first visit, she made our children feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Afzal takes the time to listen carefully, explain everything in detail, and always makes sure parents leave feeling confident and supported. Also, she handled and facilitated the transfer of care from out of state so seamlessly. She has such a gentle and kind way with children — our little ones actually looks forward to seeing her! The office staff is warm, professional, and efficient, and the clinic is clean, organized, and family-friendly. You can tell this practice truly prioritizes both child wellness and parent peace of mind. I also love that Dr. Afzal focuses on preventive care, developmental milestones, and overall child health, not just treating symptoms. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and up to date on the latest pediatric guidelines, which makes me feel reassured as a parent. Well after 40 years of being with the practice, we are no longer welcomed. Why? Because my kids have not been there. Covid happened and my kids don't get sick. We never officially left their practice. But when the need to get current, "we aren't seeing new patients". It's not the doctors, I know Dr. Li is amazing. When systems and protocols get between the doctors and the patients, both suffer.

We couldn't recommend Dr Li any higher. She took such great care of our baby from birth into toddler hood (and us parents too!). Despite our many fears, worries and handholding as a new parent, Dr Li and team were always patient, caring and never dismissive or condescending. We moved away from the area and wish we could still keep coming to LG pediatrics!

Giving up on having my daughter's first visit there...frustrated for the registration process.. After sent out all the required docs and forms filled out 5days ago, hadn't gotten a follow up contact from them.So I contacted them by phone and then heard I need to talk with the exact same staff and have to wait until the staff's working day! They got necessary information already, so I asked them to proceed, then ask me again to send them the copy of my insurance card! No!!

The entire office is amazing and we've received excellent care from all of the physicians. Our kids love Dr. Li who they typically see, and she is so thoughtful and caring. Recently we saw Dr. Afzal who also provided amazing care. She was accessible, compassionate, and on top of things as we navigated an illness in two children. We are so grateful for her help and for all of the physicians and staff at LG Pediatrics.

Everyone is very friendly here. The front desk girl is the most awesome front desk I have ever seen. The first time I called she already remembered me since she remembered my detailed information. Also the nurse here and doctors are all very friendly. When there's an emergency they can get me schedule appointment right away! They also have off hour nurse to answer emergency questions. Highly recommend

I went to LG Pediatrics with Dr. Triantos as a child and now as a mother I bring my three kids to see Dr. Milford. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and helpful. Her staff are polite and get the job done with care and efficiency.
