List of Los Gatos Center's Reviews
We come here for various medical check-ups. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained. It's very convenient to have a lab here. If the doctor orders any tests to be done, you just swing over to that area and get it done and over with! The only annoying part is the parking. It's usually very crowded.
Staffs are very caring and patient.
Very frustrating experience at the imaging front desk. On 3/13/2026 around 2pm, the staff member could not locate an order that had already been uploaded into the system and refused to accept the order shown on the patient’s phone, insisting it be faxed instead. She also declined to ask colleagues for help. As a result, the patient had to go to another branch location to get the imaging done, where the order was easily located in the system. The interaction with the Los Gatos imaging front desk felt unnecessarily difficult and discourteous.
Sutter Health will not provide the proper assistance when my PCP (Eric Bridgnell, M.D.) made a significant error concerning improper medical billing for blood work testing that was done last Dec 2024. I have contacted the SH Medical Billing Dept. several times (spoke with Michelle B.) and when I was getting no where I asked for a supervisor (Amber) to call me to discuss the error in billing. Michelle said that Amber would call me in 24 hours and that was 5 days ago. No call. According to Michelle (medical billing expert) Dr. Bridgnell billed my lab work as "preventative", when it should have been billed as "routine" and as a result of this medical billing error, it was rejected by Medicare, when it should NOT have been rejected. I am a retired physician and owned my medical practice for over 30 years and I am very well trained in medical billing. As a result of SH billing dept not willing to change the billing error to routine, which is done ALL the time in medical practices, I am being threatened for my SH bill to be sent to collections. In addition, it has come down to me hiring an attorney that will defend me as necessary to get SH to admit their $565.44 billing error and for SH to stop harassing me about an outstanding bill.
Getting an appointment with doctors at Sutter Health Los Gatos has been a nightmare. Appointments are typically 3–4 months out, which is completely unreasonable. Even when referred to the Mountain View office, the wait times are just as bad. My previous PCP never returned calls or followed up, even after I left multiple messages and voicemails regarding a required post-surgery visit—which to this day never happened. I’m now trying to switch doctors, but the earliest availability is again 4 months away. This level of access to care is unacceptable. Sadly, it feels like it may be time to explore other healthcare providers outside of Sutter.
All staff member were kindly, clean & no long wait.
Very very poor experience at the lab ! Brought my toddler for blood work here and the lab girls ( two of them ) could not find the vein of my kid to draw the blood ; my kid cried and cried while I was holding her down so they could work but no they just couldn't find it ! The only excuse they both gave me is that " your kid is stressed out " while the reality is that they could not do their job ; please please parents if you are reading the reviews here - DO NOT bring your little ones here ! The lab owner commenting on every review here - take some time to go through your staff worthiness in performing what they are hired for instead of blaming the customers or apologizing for them having bad experience at your lab !
I had a very disappointing experience with Mark Sun’s office during my visit on May 19 for Us Pelvic and Transvag Non Ob visit. While the medical services themselves were straightforward, I was appalled to find an additional “medical service fee” of $1187 added to my bill without any prior disclosure or explanation. This charge is completely unreasonable, especially since these services are already covered under standard CPT codes. It feels like a blatant attempt to overcharge patients by bypassing standard billing practices. To make matters worse, this fee is entirely out-of-pocket for me, and no one in the office took responsibility for providing a clear justification. Patients deserve transparency, ethical billing practices, and respect—not hidden fees that exploit their trust. I urge others to exercise caution when seeking services here and to demand upfront disclosure of all potential charges. This experience has left me feeling deceived and extremely dissatisfied.
Great and knowledgeable medical staff and good parking but I’d avoid this location. If you want to be publicly berated while getting a C-section mother and 8 day newborn checked in because 17 traffic was a nightmare that day, this is the place for you. If not, you’ll be better served going to PAMF’s other locations in Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, or Mountain View where staff can be empathetic.
I went to make sure a little skin tag was benign and was with a doctor for 5-10 minutes maximum. As I was leaving, they said they could remove it if I wanted but not necessary. Seemed like they were suggesting it, so I said okay and they sprayed it with an aerosol -- it took one second or less. Bill was over $900, more than half of that for "surgery" which was the nanosecond they took took to push an aerosol nozzle (my part of the bill for that is around $350). When I called billing they could not care less. The place is a total rip off, it's really no better than organized crime. Disgusting. On top of that they are tax exempt and send out letters asking for donations and will bequests, when their last public tax filing (form 990) shows their top five executives made $11,497,041, $6,356,149, $3562,932, $2,403,304, and $1,580,141. That's $22,193,567 between five -- over $22 million! Absolute scam.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
