List of Los Gatos Doc, Inc: Concierge Primary Care's Reviews
We're so glad we found Dr. Arun for my adult son. His bedside manner is wonderful—he’s incredibly compassionate, communicates clearly, and most importantly, he really listens to his patients. You can tell he genuinely cares about long-term health and well-being, not just checking boxes. The office is great too. Highly recommend!
I've been a patient of Dr. Villivalam for many years, and I've recently signed on to his concierge practice. He is absolutely terrific -- he really cares, takes the time to listen to my needs, and has been very clear with me. A lot of times I think I know what's wrong - and he corrects me, providing factual, scientific info, and tells me exactly what I need to do. And now, I'm loving the responsiveness and convenience of his concierge practice since I'm super busy with my work. If you're looking for a good doctor, don't think twice - Dr. Villivalam is great.
Dr. Villivalam sets the gold standard for modern concierge primary care. As a dedicated student of new medical technology who deeply respects classic family practice, he brings a unique balance of innovation and genuine human connection to every visit. He never rushes, taking the time to listen and translate intricate health data into practical, plain English so you always feel empowered in your health decisions. Coupled with Adriana and Jessica’s flawless coordination and warm office hospitality, the entire patient experience is exceptional from start to finish.
This used to be a good health clinic when I first started few years ago, except that now they have sold their soul to focus on making money. Doctor V takes every opportunity to charge the patient by forcing multiple visits. If he refers you to a specialist and you see a different doctor, he gets unhappy because then he didn’t get the referral. And if you want an appointment for an urgent issue or test, just like the reviewer before me said, you are out of luck. For every test or even to relay the results of a simple test, the doctor requires you to make an appointment. However the doctor is booked solid for 2+ months. The last straw for me was that Dr V actually cancelled his appointment with me at absolutely last minute due to personal reasons, rescheduled me for few days later which didn’t work for me and when I asked to reschedule that date, I was told the doctor is booked solid for 2 months. The office themselves used to be good but have now developed the same arrogant attitude and the top down culture of the place seems to have changed.
I appreciate the thorough notes taken by Dr Villivalam with care and attention. The concise printed outtake form provided keeps action items simple.
TL;DR: one of the worst experience we ever had with a health provider. Recommendation: find other primary doctor if you have options. In more details: So called earlier as I need to do a test and however, was told that in order to order that test, I need to do a full physical exam with them. And only after that, they would order it for me. I find it a bit hard to understand why consider I'm an existing patient with them. My guess is that they can file claim to my insurance for the physical exam, where ordering a test itself won't allow them to file a claim to earn money. And when I asked when is the earliest time I can see the doctor, they give a date which is more than 1 month away. However, I have told them that won't work because we need that test sooner so we can diagnose the bacteria. They immediately said that then you should see another doctor. The bottom line here: they simply don't care for their patient in need. And the lack of flexibility to deal with something like this is really disappointing.
Doc V helped get my BP and cholestrol under control. I probably would have delayed my diet , exercise and medication if it wasn't for his advice and follow up.
Dr V was amazing . caring compassionate scientific . he took the time to really get to the root of the chronic knee pain problem for my mother and created a treatment plan that improved her mobility and addresses of the problem longer term vs just managing for pain
Dr Vi is the best , he took care of me when I had accident & sustained back injury 2 weeks ago ! I was from out of town and he didn’t hesitate of seeing me in spite I am not his patient anymore , after 3 years moving out to Florida to retired. Awesome team !Thank you so much Dr Vi ,Jessica and Adriana …
Transitioned from New Jersey and after looking for a year,I found the best family physician in Dr V and his staff. Couldn't have asked for better care

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
