List of Los Gatos Pediatric Urgent Care's Reviews
We love Los Gatos Pediatric Urgent Care (PAMF) - they always provide great care.
Excellent doctors. We’ve been there for a wide variety of issues for our two kids and have always been well taken care of
Be aware they use a call center and have no way to talk directly to clinic if ur a new patient since me rude older lady wanted to keep arguing even wen I asked for a manger after she was rude a inconsiderate
We had a terrible experience here. We paid so much and simply asked for a copy of the X-ray report, yet they refused to give it to us. Hours of back-and-forth phone calls, no answers, no help. They won’t release the report to me or to any of the other doctors who need it. Completely unprofessional and honestly the worst place. So frustrating and so unnecessary. I would never come back.
Sat 7 pm Pediatric Urgent care visit with my 5 year old Injury required 4 stitches, the nurse practitioner was super friendly, calm, young & energetic My kid was given some form of local numbing agent on the injury Dr DiCarlo stitched the wound himself The team gave my kid a Lego 😱 - I was like we should be thanking you’ll for staying open late on a Saturday! Till 8 pm !
Will not recommend to parents. Be aware of the high charges and be prepared for requesting certain checks bc certain doctor tend to do minimal to help. I went to pediatric care last year at this place once for my daughter’s cough, and was seen by AA doctor. She diagnosed mg daughter to be upper respiratory infection but didn’t prescribe medicine. We had to go to urgent care again 2 weeks later to be diagnosed as pneumonia. We went early this year again because of my daughter’s flu A symptoms, was again seen by AA doctor. I specifically requested to do a Flu A test, because I have stayed up all night doing research about my daughter’s symptoms. The doctor said she would be surprised if my daughter actually caught Flu A but she is willing to do test. It turns out that my daughter was indeed having Flu A. We later found out that the test she conducted as a covid Flu A B and RSV combo test that was billed 680 dollars. I called the hospital to get explanation on why this test is so expensive. The billing office respondent said bc it was done in Sutter Health Urgent Care. We were also billed for over 300 dollars of facility fee and actually seeing the doctor. The billing office lady suggested I check the cost estimator next time before the doctor conducts the test. But this specific billing code is not available on Sutter Health website. All in all, not impressed by the doctor and felt being ripped off for a simple test that would cost 30 dollars if we get our hands on the test kit. Big lesson learned.
Was able to make an AM appointment the night before. Was seen promptly at appointment time and doctor was able to resolve my daughter’s issue (which ended up being nursemaid’s elbow). Staff was all kind, my daughter even ran to give the doc a hug on her way out.
Worst place to go. They treat you badly no respect at all. Awful wait times. The front desk staff is inconsiderate. No wonder they have three stars after 70+ reviews. They may be qualify for a two star I think three star is too much.
Was happy to see this pediatric urgent care was open (saturday 3/2)and had an MD on call! Called and asked specifically for an IV for high fever. She was positive they can administer an IV. Dr. Misdiagnosed my child and sent us to ER. Why go here if they have limited care and options. Very disappointing! Please hire experienced drs , you are overwhelming the ER + high cost for the patient!! .
Went in on 30th experience symptoms of that were later worried about sepsis at Good Samaritan, a male doctor examined me here only did two tests while we were expecting antibiotics and a blood draw. If he had done the blood draw, he would have see my white blood cell count very high and then prescribed me antibiotics as Good Samaritan did.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
