List of Los Gatos Pediatrics's Reviews
We had a change of insurance and searched high and low for a new pediatrician. Dr. Keswani was recommended by a handful of moms in a mommy group that I am in. I feel like I got lucky for our first try in change of a new pediatrician because so far everything has been good. I still have yet to bring my other children in for an appointment. Not sure if it was just me and still getting to know front desk but just wish they were a little more warm to a mama running late trying to navigate the new office & especially just being new to LGP in general. Dr. Keswani was great to work with. Very informative and respected my decision on vaccines. Can't wait for her to work with my other children. LGP has a 10 minute wait window after your scheduled appointment. They also only take new patients during the weekdays. The office is facing the street on Knowles so you may need to walk a bit.
Had to switch to a different and more updated pediatrician after Dr Keswani misguided us on eczema, colics and dairy intolerance over the course of our baby’s first year.
Billing department was so unprofessional. We were charged for a visit as something different than a follow up and ended up having to pay a huge amount out of pocket. They finally admitted their error and reimbursed months later after time spent on our part with insurance and with them. Front desk isn't any better. They rule the front desk as if we are begging for service. So rude. We appreciated our doctor but we haven't been there for long so we're going to another place.
We were told upfront that our concerns will be covered by annual check up exam. However, they billed us $500 for as much as they could possibly profit from this 10 mins conversation! Be aware of any questions you bring to this clinic other than measuring weight and height! On top of that, the pediatrician is cold and let the parents feel detached. I would give it 0 star if I could!!
Poor service. Not updating vaccine record, almost got a repeated shot at the second year of visit. Not sending blood test order to the lab but insisting on they did. Get patient time wasted. Front dest sucks too.
The billing department couldnot solve anything with bad attitude and even hang up the call. Doctor charged you non senses bill. And couldn’t solve your kids problem at all. This is nothing here I can recommended. I advised you go with other Pediatrics.
Dr. Keswani is a knowledgeable doctor, but the front desk of the clinic was not good. I don't know how they handle the booking and I sitting in the room and waiting for the doctor. It did not only happen once, it happens every time. It is waste of time.
Avoid this place and save yourself from the expensive headache we have had. When our third child was born, we used LG Pediatrics. Some expense was filed “wrong” with insurance, and it’s been an eight month headache with hours and hours of calls. It is our perspective that LG Pediatrics makes no attempt to reconcile any billing issue, they simply push that responsibility to the customer and keep calling. Even if it’s likely the mistake was theirs. We gave up and paid $480 out of pocket (full expense without insurance coverage) so we could conclude business with LG and never interact with them again. This exact same insurance has been fine with other providers, and we had no issue like this when our first two children were born (before we made the mistake of using LG Pediatrics).
Best doctor for Pediatrician. Caught a few things and addressed it. Did telehealth during the pandemic. They bless our family. Thank you again for all that you do for us.
Hoping to find a new pediatrician for our daughter, but just called them and the phone lady said they don't take new patients!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
