Terrible experience, the staff are Medical Asst. and don't have much experience in providing guidance to help you achieve your weight loss goal. They just read off the material that has been provided. Why to expense for the support you get.

It is with a bit of sadness that I give this place a one star. I used their services for the first time about 8 years ago and the results where pretty incredible and fairly fast. They had doctors, great follow through and provided great guidance, support and knowledge. They were reliable and very trustworthy. I came a second time to loose some extra pounds I gained during the pandemic and this place is unfortunately not the same. They don't have doctors and their guidance is shady and not very encouraging. Complete waste of money. This first visit was a bit dull, I expected a bit more guidance and a targeted diet based on age, and they didn't. Basically it was exactly the same but without a doctor's supervision and knowledge in the area. They didn't want to recommend weight goals, BMI, or anything based on age/height...which to me is wrong. I have an idea of course but having a professional advising or considering these factors based on patient's age,etc it's crucial specially if you are spending this much money. Second visit was as disappointing as the first one or more cause they literally took my weight, gave me 2 shots and charged me $100. I am never coming back to this place and recommend everyone to go elsewhere.

Extraordinary. Been going for a few years. Up and down. When I "fall" Martin" and his staff have been right there. Great program...if you follow it. No pressure there. No weirdness. Great group. Even during this difficult time. They do video/curb pick up. Simply amazing. Their staff has a heart. Being at home for six weeks has been challenging. Martin and Stephanie picked me up. Honestly, it was up to me to pick up the phone after they called me. They checked in on me. Never thot about it. On lock down. Who cares about me. Just incredible. We all need something right now. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed. You have to be ready tho. If you think you might be, call anyway. Ask for Martin. It can be a struggle. Life. They are family now to me. I'm not embarrassed. They get me. So lastly, yes, I've lost 30 pounds on the program and gained some back during this shelter in place. They help you when u fall. Just when you feel too embarrassed to go back, you get a call. My Medi Los Gatos team.

My weight goes up goes down but never stays the same. This place is 5 stars. They understand how to help me, have convenient hours, and there is not much waiting. I recommend this for anyone having trouble meeting their weight loss goals. I recommend the b12 shots. They help me hit my goals. Also they take hsa accounts and fsa accounts too! Great & friendly staff.

The staff at Medi Weight Loss is absolutely wonderful. I just started going and I'm very comfortable that they are taking every step to make sure that my weight loss is safe and quick. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get healthy!

Miss my Medi support, love the amazing staff, receipts, etc. The staff has always been kind & supportive. I haven't been back in a few months de to traveling but I am READY to make my start up appointment!! Thanks, ;-)

I started Medi-Weightloss Clinic on November 16, 2011. When I started, I weighed in at a hefty 261 pounds and a BMI of well over 30. My cholesterol was off the chart and my over all health was not looking good. Today, just over two months later, I am at 213 pounds. I have lost 8 inches off of my waist and I feel great. I have another 10 or 12 pounds to go and am confident that I will lose that this month. I have had no trouble staying on the program. My normal work week is 60+ hours, my normal day would be Burger King for breakfast, fast food for lunch and what ever I could get my hands on for dinner. Today, I eat a great omelet for breakfast, my lunch is envied by my coworkers and my dinner is very simple and very hearty. I get the shots twice a week and really appreciate the support the staff provides. The cost is nominal. When one considers the amount of money it takes to maintain an over weight body, just the food cost savings alone will nearly cover the $90 a week it cost to be on the program. I would strongly suggest this program to everyone. I wish I could post a before and today photo. The proof for me is truly amazing!
