Meridith is the best!! She knows how to work the needles and never hurt you as well as the correct herbs customized to your changing needs. She is so kind and considerate. She always makes sure you are warm and comfortable. I have fallen asleep a few times on the table. Other times i have just had wonderful meditation and thoughts. I know there are many great accupuncturists. But Meridith is my favorite and I highly recommend her.

I have known Meredith Bigley for a number of years and have benefitted from her treatments. I had a telephone consultation with her following tests for a heart condition which revealed evidence of a weakening heart valve function, and subsequent to that, in October 2017, a diagnosis of persistent atrial fibrillation for which I successfully underwent catheter ablation. My consultation in October 17 and a further two more recent ones were for a prescription for possible vitamin deficiency. Meredith prescribed a course of supplements aimed at making my heart function stronger, and I followed her advice. In July this year, after tests to see if my condition had deteriorated, my cardiologist said that he didn't know what I had been doing, but he was pleased to tell me that my heart was stronger, and he said that he didn't need to see me again unless I had a need to see him. I can only say that I attribute this remarkable improvement to the remedies prescribed by Meredith. She is a committed and caring professional, and I wish to register my thanks and gratitude to her. Meredith Bigley took very great care of me when I was down and out for a brief period of my life a few years ago. I had frozen shoulder on my right side and a pulled muscle on my left thigh which made it challenging for me to walk. During our first meeting Meredith took the time to ask me specific questions so that she could best plan for my treatments. Her office is in the beautiful Los Gatos location and the room where she takes care of you has wide open windows with breathtaking views of trees, a river and simply beautiful scenic views. With Acupuncture, Physical Therapy and eventually Bikram Yoga when I was ready to return to my practice.....all combined I was able to heal rather quickly and will always be appreciative of the warm and caring manner in which Meredith took great care of me.

Meredith is a very caring professonal . she spends the time to evaluate the whole person and help find a treatment plan that treats the patients problems including diet&lifestyle.Can't say enough about her.

I am so grateful to have found Meredith! I am not your average alternative-medicine-type gal and had always wondered how some people could be so into acupuncture. After dealing with severe anxiety issues, I decided to give acupuncture a shot and I am SO glad I did. For someone who has lots of trouble relaxing and sleeping issues, it blows my mind that I can fall asleep and become completely 100% relaxed on the acupuncture table. Meredith is one of the most caring people I have ever met and I just soak up all the time I have with her. Meredith Bigley is a caring, nurturing person who really takes the time to listen to what is happening to my body, but other aspects of my life that may pertain (job stress, etc.). My mother has been going to her for years to control joint pain because she has no cartilage in her knees. Since she started to see Meredith, she has no pain and takes not pain medicines. Her approach is very healing in itself. I highly recommend Meredith.

I used to be a regular client years ago, but my chronic health conditions were resolved. Recently, after a knee injury, I went in a couple of times and realized how much I missed it! Meredith Bigley is a caring, nurturing person who really takes the time to listen to what is happening to my body, but other aspects of my life that may pertain (job stress, etc.) Her approach is very healing in itself. The office is so beautiful and serene (with views down into the Los Gatos Creek) that I felt like I was at a fancy spa instead of an acupuncture clinic. It's a little hard to find it the first time, so ask for directions, but it's worth it.
