Stepping into this office you will feel like you time travelled into the past... because wow, this doctor and his office do NOT used computers (in the 21st century?!)! He grabbed a random sheet of what looked like scratch paper, and just scribbled on it messily. Very disorganized. Also, he SCAMS you!! He will make you go there for one thing, e.g. a blood test, but then he suddenly tells you that a bunch of other things have to be done in addition, and earns hundreds of dollars more. Very overpriced. Very bad attitude as well. I see that many others are having similar experiences.

Extremely bad attitude; I asked a very basic questions and he shows no patience and had personal attack on me. Please get yourself another doctor for your own good.

Very uncaring doctor and rude as well. First he prescribed me for condition and then pretended like he had no clue about it when I asked for accommodations.

This so called doctor, Norman Chow is the worst one ever. He is rude, impolite, and even shouting with bad words. Above all, he is unethical and non professional. Norman Chow never cares for patients. His behavior and attitude could cost patients' life. I will do myself a great favor - never see Norman Chow any more! This so called doctor, Norman Chow does not deserve any star, 0 star, not even one star!!

Doesn't respect patient feedback, super old school. Overcharges for visit. Gets offended when we tell him that my condition has worsened because it's "normal" for other people. Excuse me? What's the point of visiting a doctor when he just disregards changes in your physical condition? Visited another doctor and he immediately took steps to help and I feel much better today. Go to him if you have no other choice or if you're looking for a malpractice case. This guy will get you killed.

Completed prescriptions for my condition and later got angry when I requested accommodations at work. Denied knowledge of understanding my condition. Refused to complete preauthorization with insurance. Not a good experience.

Stay AWAY if you're looking for healthcare. The other review is true in that the doctor is insensitive and rude. Makes irrelevant chatting and inappropriate comments instead of giving care. The staffs are condescending and unhelpful at best. Look elsewhere if you have a condition that needs treatment because this place is a waste of your time and money. Avoid.

My whole family have been seeing doctor Chow for years. Recent years, my daughter starts to feel pain about her ankle on one leg, also hard to fall and stayed asleep at night. I took her to another doctor, found out she has serious deficiency on Vitamin D and I was told it is very common for this age of kids. I recalled I have asked Doctor Chow for blood draw on every annual exam, but the answer was always kids do not need blood test. Now, the deficiency caused some bones are not developed strong enough, I feel so regret I have not taken her to see other doctors earlier. So, if you have small kids, do not go to Dr. Chow!
