Dr. Lee is a fine doctor but his billing office is incompetent. My husband went to see Dr. Lee in April 2024. They billed the wrong code so our insurance did not apply the plan contract price. Took us three phone calls and 8 months to fix the problem. Meanwhile, they kept billing us so we paid in full since we did not know what else to do and don't want to ruin our credit. After insurance finally got the right code to fix the bill in January 2025, we called the billing department for a refund (since we paid in full). No call back. Today, instead of getting a refund, we got a bill saying we owe more money because the bill fails to list the full payments we made. Now we have to call them again. No matter how good a doctor Dr. Lee is, it is not worth our time and energy to deal with the billing department. Dr. Lee: you deserve a better billing service!

Went today for a mole check. The staff was excellent, super friendly and efficient. Dr. Lee was very thorough, listens to you and was very professional while still getting to know you. Very happy :)

As an established patient, it very hard to get an appointment. They don't even return your phone calls. I had an emergency, called and left a message, never heard back. If you manage to get an appointment, the doctor only sees you in a rush. Definitely not recommending this place.

Dr Eric S Lee is awesome! He's very nice, he listened to what I said, and he was real and detailed about my options and outcomes. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I'm the shy type, and Dr Lee made me feel very comfortable. As a new patient, I was impressed with everything. I like how I was able to walk in for my appointment, do the paperwork, get examined, get all my questions and concerns addressed, had a procedure done, and got scheduled for a follow-up fairly quickly, and with quality. I would recommend! Overall, a great experience.

This place is questionable. The front desk could not enter insurance information, from an Insurance card. They could not even send in the prescription. Insisted on charging cash. Dr. Eric Lee spent about 7 minutes with the patient. Proceed with caution

Dr Lee has great bedside manner and did a great job addressing my skin conditions. He was patient and knowledgeable. His front desk people were kind and efficient. Note to new patients: make sure to enter from the front of the building, they have a separate entrance.

Definitely one of the more pleasant Dr visits I've had! From start to finish, a great experience. The office check in staff were great, and the office is clean and welcoming. My husband and I both scheduled for our annual skin checks as first-time patients. Dr Eric Lee is very kind, patient, and thorough. He examined us and zapped off what I requested, and gave sound medical advice going forward. The only thing to improve on: clearer signage! I didn't realize that their office is around the front of the building and not connected to the rest of the suites. Once you know though, you know. Will definitely be back! Thanks Dr Eric and team!
