The best physical therapy and rehab. in the Bay Area. I had vertigo which was very debilitating and was due to permanent damage of the vestibule nerve , but Liz Youngman treated me with her superb knowledge and carful coaching that I am functioning again. Thank you so much, Liz. I have also been going there for other therapy work, all excellent. Cannot praise this place enough!

AVOID AVOID AVOID this place at all cost. it's criminal how much they charge here. They're easily 7x the price (~$700/45mins) of normal physical therapist in the bay. they also do not disclose their pricing so make sure you ask for an estimate. the way they charge is also very opague and not easily understandable. billing was delayed for 3 months so they're hoping you'll just forget all about it and pay.

Haven't even walked through the doors yet but the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely unhelpful and made me feel like I was a pain as I could only have afternoon slots (I'm a teacher) I will update my review once I finally see them in APRIL as that's first appointment they could offer me. Two stars because they answered the phone at least.

My physical therapist Carlos Rosa helped me recover quickly from right knee replacement surgery. He is a good listener and recommended daily exercises that really worked but didn't hurt my left knee (which will probably need to be replaced in a year or so). The PT center is large with lots of equipment to use. Carlos set goals and made sure that I met them before I graduated. Thank you, Carlos!

I had 3 people suggesting Carlos at El Camino Health. I am so glad he is treating me. Great listener, hands on, extremely knowledgeable and so friendly you will get in shape for your sport or activity with a smile and little pain.

I needed help with my vertigo and balance and I worked with Julie A. Julie was amazing. She was caring, patient and kind. She listened to your problems and worked with you accordingly. Julie, thank you very much for all your help.

My experience at PPI was fantastic. I was very impressed with their professional facility and staff. I was sent to PPI due to Vestibular Migraines. This condition causes a loss of balance. I was falling down, walking into walls, experiencing dizziness, vertigo, and rooms spinning around me. I had ten OT sessions with Liz Youngman. She was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and prescribed various exercises, tests and tools that I used in her office and at home. She taught me a great deal about managing my condition. She was patient and kind, which I greatly appreciated. I completed my OT much improved. I was given a program of exercises with tools that will help me manage VM. I am no longer at the mercy of my condition. I can live with Vestibular Migraine. My many thanks to PPI and Liz. Thank you Liz!

REQUEST AN ESTIMATE OF COST BEFORE TREATMENT! I have a high deductible and had to pay for my first few visits. It is almost criminal how much they charge for a 1 hour visit. It's almost 7x a private PT place. Even if your insurance is paying for your PT, they SHOULD NOT be allowed to charge this much. My physical therapist did a great job providing treatment so this is not a review of her services. I just think it's criminal that El Camino charged $750 for a 50 minute session!!!!!
