Took my son here for an acne scarring consult and knew I would be charged $150 to meet with the nurse to receive a recommendation on treatment. While setting up the appointment, the receptionist said I would be able to apply the $150 towards the treatment which seemed reasonable to me. I tried to learn more about costs and procedures but the gal said, "it depends" blah blah blah and would not elaborate any further. Little did I know that one treatment for "medium to low" acne scarring would cost $1,600 for ONE laser Halo treatment(!!) , or approx $4,600 for three treatments. There were no lower options provided. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE for this reason. It is a bait and switch!: the office receiving at least $150 for a consult, knowing their pricing is outrageous. Instead, I went to another well-respected dermatologist office where the consultation was FREE and their options much more reasonable AND with great outcomes. Wasted $150 of good money!

On the day of the procedure , they made sure I was comfortable and prepared for the procedure, the surgery went smoothly and without any complications. Throughout the recovery process, Dr. Roy continued to provide excellent care and support. He checked in on me regularly and provided me with detailed instructions for post-operative care. I am now completing 12weeks post op and I look so natural and refreshed , it really exceeded my expectations !!! Amazing results, looks and feels absolutely natural !! No wind blown or stretched look !! I am absolutely thrilled with the results!! I would highly recommend Dr. Roy to anyone considering cosmetic surgery . His professionalism, expertise, and care for his patients are truly exceptional. Dr. Swengel is exceptional in suggesting the right treatment as well as executing procedures flawlessly. Besides being professional and highly skilled, he is caring and suggested treatments that last longer and look more natural. I had several treatments including scruptra, botox and fillers, and was beyond happy with the results. Let's just say I have RefinedMD and Dr. Swengel on my speed dial.

I had a lower facelift and fat transfer under my eyes done by Dr Roy 6 weeks ago. I could not be happier with the results! The scar’s are already barely noticeable and there was very little swelling and bruising. Most importantly, I look 10 years younger! Is this the face of a 58 year old? Besides the fantastic results, I absolutely love Dr Roy and all the staff that worked with me. I don’t know where they find these lovely professionals but everyone was so nice!

I had a deep plane lower face lift 7 weeks ago. I am very happy with the results! I was at the point where every time I saw myself in the mirror I would focus on my jowls and sagging neck. I was looking so much older than I felt. I did a lot of research and knew I had the perfect fit when I met Dr. Roy and his staff. Dr. Roy knew how apprehensive(terrified) I was and answered all my questions and concerns. He was available to talk to through the whole process. He is personable and is a very skilled, knowledgeable, trained surgeon. I highly recommend him. Just do it! I am so glad I did.

Dr. Roy is super nice, and so is the rest of the staff. I went in for 2 mole removals and both experiences were simple, quick, and easy. I didn't feel a thing and the results thus far have been great. No scarring, no pain. Thanks Dr. Roy and team :)

I have been a patient for a while and every single time had a great experience, starting with the friendly smiles at the front desk! All the providers and medical assistants I had the pleasure to meet have always been professional, patient and friendly. I really appreciate that they check in with you via text the day after a laser treatment to make sure all is well. Because of my rosacea, I tend to stay away from facials, although I used to like them. I have recently tried their DiamondGlow facial and my skin is extremely happy after this treatment. Elyse is extremely knowledgeable about products and skin treatments and the facial massage that is part of the facial has the effect of a mini-vacation thanks to her touch and great energy! Ps love the resident doggies too!
