This is the first time I have gone to RefinedMD for Botox - WHAT a wonderful experience. I barely felt the injections - going forward I will always have it done here. Thank you Dr. Roy and team!

I have been seeing Alice, NP for lasers and injectables for 7 or 8 months at this point and have seen such a huge improvement in my skin. I’ve had 2 BBL, 1 Ultra Clear, and restalayne kysse in my lips. The treatments, despite supposedly being uncomfortable or actually very comfortable and Alice checked with me at every different section of my face and body on how the settings felt. For procedure procedures that needed numbing she made sure that I was numb for an hour before starting the treatment. She also recommended me skin care that has made such a difference in my skin. This is my first time using medical skin care and it really makes a difference. As far as the office goes. It is extremely nice and luxury, the rooms are super nice and decorated. It looks new inside, everything is super clean, and I didn’t even mention how kind and fun all of the staff is there if you have brown spots, sun, damage, redness, fine lines, wrinkles, texture, scarring or other skin conditions I highly recommend making a consult appt with Alice. Another Amazing Appointment with Alice. This time I did the Moxie laser for anti-aging, dark spots and that glass skin! RMD has an amazing staff! They are so friendly and attentive. I always leave there feeling more confident and like I did something really healthy for myself.
