List of Richard Cherlin's Reviews
Dr. Cherlin listens carefully to all of our concerns. At my first visit with him, he hand-wrote at least 4 pages of notes. He found that not only did I gave zero Growth Hormone in my body, but I also had a tumor in my pituitary gland that caused it. He’s a wonderful, caring doctor.

Horrible staff poor customer service no one knows anything when you ask them a question . I asked to speak to a manger I was told " there is no manager " this place needs new staff. This place needs younger people with more energy and willingness to work. No one returns your calls when leaving messages. I give up on this place.
Superb endocrinologist with huge clinical expertise and experience. Very current/cutting edge. Easily accessible and responsive. Relates well with his patients. Loyal to his patients. Highly respected by other physicians.
After years of dealing with odd issues and anemia and fatigue he diagnosed the issue that was missed by my g.p. Because The issue needed a specialist who knows how to look for it. Got meds and got relief. He’s alright as a doc, professional.

I used to go to Dr Arzamendi who is wonderful but she moved out of the area. I had an appointment with Dr. Cherlin and he was amazing, very knowledgeable and very clear explaining things. The office staff and medical assistants were very polite and professional. I had a very nice experience during my appointment. Thank you.
Won't talk much about why I went except to say I thought he was super knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was very good about explaining the complexity of the situation in a way I could understand, and took plenty of time to talk through it all. I was thoroughly impressed. It was a substantially better experience than other doctors I've been working with.
I have been with Dr. Cherlin for 40 years. He is one of best doctors I've ever seen. He treats me for osteoporosis and thyroid disease. He is very thorough and doesn't hesitate to answer all my questions or concerns. His office staff is very friendly and helpful too. He takes his time to make sure all is well before he pops out of the room. I've never had another doctor who would do that. He returns your calls on the same day. He is just the best!
Dr. Cherlin has been my endocrinologist for years. I saw five different endos before I saw him, trying to find someone who would test for Hashimotos. He was the only one who would do it. I've been happily on Synthroid since and it's made a big difference in my health and energy levels. His office staff was terrible for a long time but they are all new people and they're great now.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
