wry unprofessional Dr and whole Team. my primary Dr refer me July 25.I call Dr Masri office more then 80 times and done my sleep study.I'm still wait for my c pack machine.very very very unprofessional.please don't go there.

Never showed up fir an appointment

Extremely unprofessional. He made me wait for more than an hour in a video visit and didn't show up. This happened two times. In one of the calls, he cancelled after an hour. He totally wasted all of my time which I am thinking he doesn't value.

Despite running late, Dr. Masri always takes the time to listen and really problem-solve with you. I have seen a lot of different sleep doctors since I move extensively and Dr. Masri is extremely competent, helpful, and great at communication.

Terrible experience. Dr. is always in rush and not paying attention to what you say just forcing you to do the sleep study and sell their service. He is always late to the appointments even for one phone appointment I had to wait for more than one hour and a half to get the call! very unresponsive and unorganized office team. I confirmed with the office that the service is all covered by insurance and got bills of thousands of dollars and nobody answer my calls from the office. Log story short I paid about $2K and the no useful results for the study! The Dr. said we knew from beginning the home study doesn't give us what we are looking for! my question: So why did you make me do this if you knew from the beginning? But guess what? "nobody answers me"

There was still one patient ahead of me and the receptionist could not guarantee he would be able to see me within two hours of my appointment time. She assured me that he is usually late.
