Dr is pleasant but they are a turn and burn place. Don’t expect any handholding, everything is incredibly rushed. If you go remind everyone you speak to what appointment you have as they will set their own priorities to ensure they get you out as quickly as possible.In fact overheard the front desk cancel someone’s scheduled procedure because it was a 20 minute time slot and the procedure would take 25-30 minutes.

Saw Dr Liao to follow up on biopsies performed by another doc since I had some immediate concerns. She took me right in, examined the sites and explained how to avoid the problems I had been experiencing with healing. Ended up having a good result! Very knowledgable, friendly and kind Doctor.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit with Dr Liao. I had expected a rushed and indifferent visit. Instead Dr Liao spent plenty of time with me, addressing my concerns and answering all my questions. She had a warm, caring, and empathetic manner. Her staff was also courteous and the office was immaculately clean. I am able to reach Dr Liao directly after the visit online if I have any questions or schedule a video visit; not every doctor can provide this type of online service.

I saw Dr Liao for the first time. I have seen many dermatologist in my past. She was extremely nice and interested in what I came to talk with her about. Her care was gentle and was a very good knowledgeable dr. So happy to have found her. I had a very bad experience with another dermatologist in the area so I I am relieved to know she is part of the PAMF group.

I saw Dr. Liao for a diagnostic skin treatment that required a follow-up visit. During the first visit/exam she was obviously feeling rushed, and was very hands-off and brisk in her manner. I believe she gave me incorrect instructions for applying the medication she prescribed: her vague directions differed greatly from those I found online. Her version was sort of, "Rub this all over," when the topical drug was, according to every other source I consulted, supposed to go on sparingly -- in specific, limited areas. But it was the follow-up visit with her that really made me furious. I had spent many minutes in the waiting room, only to be left waiting again for far too many minutes in the exam room (standard procedure in medical offices, but always annoying), when Dr. Liao blew in and barely said hello. She stood several feet away from me, peered at my skin, said something like, "Not too bad. Is there anything else?", and then she blew right out again. I have never had a shorter doctor's visit than that. I don't think it lasted two full minutes! I felt completely disrespected. So the next time I needed a dermatologist I asked for one of her colleagues.
