Amazing results 2 weeks after the appointment and following her prescription. Highly recommend her and the ozone therapy. Wow!

Dr. Crystal is competent and seems to care about the wellness of the patient. However, dealing with trying to get reimbursement from my insurance company for the expensive labs they prescribe is a nightmare. The front desk doesn't return calls and won't deal with the insurance company. I am stuck in the middle of a big run around. They prescribed $500 weekly infusions but I wasn't confident they would solve my chronic pain problem so I opted not to do them. It's a very busy practice with many people seemingly positive with their treatments but I wouldn't recommend them.

What a great clinic, I was absolutely blown away by the level of service, from Exosomes to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, the treatments offered here are top notch. Dr. Young and the other providers are very knowledgeable and provide exceptional care. Although I'm not from Los Gatos, I know I'll be coming back!

Dr. Young and Young Center for Naturopathic Wellness is my first referral source when needing medical support for my clients. She is incredibly knowledgable and shows authentic compassion for her patients. Dr. Young is an expert in women's health and offers a wide range of services in her beautiful center.

WARNING: MONEY GRAB OPERATION! No medical establishment should be managed and run by a CFO & family member of the doctor who has no care or expertise related to medical patients. An honest slogan for this business would be "Profit Over Patients". Over the course of 12 months my experience here has been absolutely terrible. While the doctor is smart and appears to be caring at first, it's an absolute bait and switch money grab operation. Dr Young has no compassion for patients and her CFO/family member who manages the office, does so as any CFO would, revenue first. He has no people skills, no medical understanding and is outright rude, unaccountable & lies. There is zero organization or follow through amongst the entire staff. They dropped the ball on every occasion executing basic operations of any medical clinic, over and over and over again. The worst part is that there was no accountability. They blamed anything and everyone else to avoid accountability. It seems obvious they employ entry level, unqualified people, Im sure to maximize the Young Family take home. They had me running around rescheduling appointments, taking time off work repeatedly, all because they could not manage for the life of them to send lab orders to Quest properly or mail home labs out within a month. Every single thing the Dr said her staff would take care of, would never happen unless I followed up 3-4 times to remind them. It was like pulling teeth & ultimately I couldn't believe a word they said because all they would do is lie. In asking for escalation of my problems with the staff executing their jobs, the CFO JR called me and his first words were "I hear we have a problem with you." He later cancelled my LDN prescription for inflammation after 5 months because he wanted me to spend another $500 for an appointment to get it renewed. This was purely a CFO money grab and had no medical basis. When my FSA Benefits requested a basic letter of explanation for the $800 in supplements Dr Young pushed me to buy from her website, I had to request the letter 6 times & ultimately she has refused to write the letter and left me with suspended benefits for the past month. Those purchases will not be covered as a result of her refusal to explain medical need. I am very regretful of my choice to seek medical care from this establishment. It's been nothing more than a drain of time and money with no "care". If you want to be price gouged, forgotten, ignored & belittled, then this is a great place for that!

You feel cared for from beginning to end. From the detailed care of the Doctor Team and IV Room Staff to the dedicated support from Brandy and the front of house Team, you feel heard and seen. Everyone is responsive and wants to make sure you are helped. It’s a really different experience than many other kinds of care you could receive. This is interactive and detailed from Day 1. If you want to go deep on your health and find dedicated holistic care, then this is your place.

Dr. Young and her team have not only helped me get ahead of chronic issues, they've got me dialed in to optimizing my health. I have been a patient here for almost 15 years. I have watched the office expand. I have seen staff turn over. I have never felt like my health wasn't important. Feedback is heard and taken seriously. Dr. Young takes her time with patients which sometimes means she is running late, but it also means that if you have a major issue, she will take the time to work it out with you and come up with a plan on how best to address it. When they are busy, I know to call back. I also know that when I'm in clinic, I'm heard. The office manager is phenomenal, and always goes the extra mile, which is greatly appreciated!
