He was my OB/GYN when I lived in Rochester in the 1990s and he was the best I have found over the many years in 4 different States!

Arrogant and unethical. Would definitely not recommend this doctor. I found her to be extremely rude, uninterested, and dismissive. I'm not sure why she is practicing medicine. Definitely not because she cares about patients. Check her track record. She has bounced around all over the country and left a lot of unhappy patients in her wake.

Dr. Hall is the worst doctor ever. She caused the death of my unborn child by giving the wrong medication when I was 6 months pregnant. She did not even try to save the baby. I was in so much pain when she misdiagnosed my condition. She did not care about my pain and refused to listen to me. She is rude, arrogant and incompetent for sure. Stay away from this doctor and from this hospital!

I spent almost a year under the "care" of Dr. Hall. After examining/testing my husband & me, Dr. Hall adv. that we would never conceive on our own. Based on this, we spent thousands of dollars on multiple procedures which resulted in failures & miscarriage. Following this, I began treatment with another specialist. Within his initial exam, this MD diagnosed me with a septate uterus. This condition not only makes conception more difficult but, almost guarantees miscarriage. This MD corrected my problem with an out-patient procedure & advised that artificial fertility treatments would now probably be unnecessary. He was right - I conceived immediately & subsequently had 2 successful pregnancies. I contacted Dr Hall to advise her of the septate uterus diagnosis & request a partial refund of the THOUSANDS of $ we'd wasted due to her failure to diagnose - I never even rec'd the courtesy of a reply. She is either EXTREMELY incompetent or negligent
