St. Francis was the second hospital i went to that day because the first one was really bad service but soon as I arrived they took me right away i have Asthma they treated Like i was family

I aint rating this a one star Im rating this a 0 star I had my brother come here when he got shot and the doctors were the worse ever The doctor was so rude and mean in the way he told us what happened to him and nothing could be done . We called medical for a transfer and many hospitals and they were ready to take my brother. These doctors were overdosing my brother and they let him pass away. I literally was arguing with every nurse in the trauma area. Worse hospital EVER.

Every time my stomach is bothering me and I go to SFMC if Dr. BookAzs the head doctor there the emergency room is ran so good and u get care very fast every time hes my doctor he get to me in 15mins or less if Dr. BookAzs not there the emergency room is tuff to deal with so I thank the people responsible for having Dr.BookAzs at SFMC HES ALSOME

This hospital is legit awful and the providers should be ashamed to serve patients in need of medical attention. I understand that people come in there with lifethreateningaltering reasons but I was just involved with an accident and the takein receptionist as well as the nurse who took my vitals were rude callous and lacked empathy. I would not recommend this place at all.

Por primera vez lleve a mi niña a el hospital y gracias a dios me atendieron rápido y muy amable la doctora nos costó con el parqueo pero eso es lo de menos.

I’m an innocent victim that was shot in my toe and is unacceptable that you send me home with a bullet in my toe this is an emergency and that’s why the police brought me here I was sent home without proper treatment and I’ve been advised legally and I’m entitled to proper treatment as a victim and I have four children and in the event that one of my small children stepped on my toe God knows what will happen my foot is not swollen which is a big sign of infection is this for American Airlines international going to Canada beautiful girl no I don’t know.Excuse the last few lines I’ll continue my foot is very very very swollen not only my phone and I need my foot to be in perfect capacity because I intend on being a boxer as well as I need to be able to run after my children I would never be able to do that with a bullet lodged inside the bullet will not seal in my toe because it does not belong in my toe and my body is rejecting it

Average day in the ER staff friendly and professional.

Although Im pleased with the staff and how they treated me the waiting can be such a drag the only thing that kept me entertained was being on my phone other than that it was great friendly medical staff

If I can give this place zero stars I wouldMy grandmother is currently there for chest pains has been there since 4 pm. It is currently 11pm she is STILL waiting for a DrOn top of that the nurses arent even checking on her My grandmother speaks only Spanish. there is NOBODY there to help translate.I cant go in as my grandfather doesnt want to leave her side. Hes been in tears because nobody wants to help attend them Blaming HIMSELF for not being able to communicate with the staff HIMSELFI dont understand why its hard to get a nurse or staff member to help translate?I honestly thought this hospital was getting better with all these reviews but obviously its still the same
