Their billing department is horrible. Waited over a year for a refund. I contacted them several times over the year to follow up and just got the run around. Go somewhere else more organized. The doctor did provide good service, but I will not refer anyone to this urgent care facility.

The Wait time was fast was kinda sick the Doctor was Nice and help me a lot the really cleaned up the place and looks like brand new renovations I will be coming back .. when I don’t feel to good

On Saturday January 12 at 3:35pm i took my 11 month old baby to urgent care because he had a fever and was afraid he could have seizure. Nurse took us in about 1 hour and a half later and informed that yes my son had a fever and she was going to tell the doctor. A few minutes later dr felahy came in, i informed him my son had twitch a couple of times and asked if that could be sign of a seizure coming. He went ahead and checked my baby super quick (ears and mouth) completely ignoring my concerned. He said my baby just had a little flu and prescribed antibiotics and Tylenol. While waiting on him to write my prescription i asked the nurse if my baby’s twitching was normal, she went ahead and asked the doctor and he straight out laughed and said “it’s just because he doesn't feel good, thats why he twitches”Let me say that the nurse and the male at the front desk were witness of this stupid doctor laughing and making that comment about my baby!As soon as we got home my baby had a seizure! It was the scariest thing in my life which has me and my family that witnessed this, traumatized! The ambulance came and took my baby to the ER. It was a scary and unforgettable night to see my baby in that hospital bed and everything because this so called doctor didn't do anything when he saw my boy with a fever, he could have prevented this!!THEY DONT DESERVE NOT ONE STAR!!

The doctor scheduled to come is never came I had to find a replacement spent almost 3 hours here receptionist was also late it is ridiculous

Really bad services I got here at 9:17 and is 11:30 and the doctor hadn't see my baby she's at the office in here cell phone this my las time that I come to this place 😡
