A month ago my mom came in with extreme abdominal pain. They told her the spleen and liver were swollen. They gave her ibuprofen and discharged her. This past Sunday my mom came back, with same abdominal pain but not swollen along with swollen armpits, swollen thighs, swollen throat, swollen abdomen. Now they tell her it's cancer without giving her any results. She's been there for almost a week, no diagnoses and scolding because "she waited until her condition worsen". No she didn't wait, your hospital and mediocre staff discharged her early! If she wasn't in pain, I would've transferred her to another hospital! If she does, we know who is responsible!UPDATEMY MOM IS BEING DISCHARGED. SHE IS BEYOND SICK NO DIAGNOSES AND NO RESULTS MY MOTHER IS NOT A PLAYTHING!!! YOU ARE DOING THE SAME THING SHE IS SICK AND YOURE SENDING HER HOME WITH NOT KNOWING WHAT IS WRONG WITH HER!!!!

i'm like wtfing this place rn i'm in the er and not going to lie it was pretty quick with me but the attitude and mistreatment i saw with other people has me baffled and guy came in here yelling in pain with his hand/finger almost sliced off asking for help and they only gave him a napkin and told him to sit down while there is blood on his shirt and blood dripping down he didn't get looked at until and hour later and they sent him out again and he still in pain i feel so bad with only a napkin around his finger again. i've been waiting for an hour to get my paper copy and when i saw it get printed out i asked the information place if i can have it so i can go to my pharmacy and pick up my prescriptions and they told me that i have to wait for them to call my name even tho it's already printed out along with others and the papers have been sitting there for almost 40 minutes?never coming here again they are just so rude and not even caring for those.

Today I had my endoscopy, I was scared because it was the first time. but from the moment they received me they treated me very well. thank you the whole team st francis. God bless everyone.🙏

My baby was born there April 3 very good hospital very caring wonderful staff doctors nurses everyone was amazing took very good care of my wife and baby thanks to everyone especially to Terri and Kelly

On labor department just becareful with your Personal stuff specially with your jewelry.when I went to labor 8Month ago a nurse (white lady) asked if She can take my gold bracelet inside my bag I said yes can you put it inside my purse while with contractions…and when I got moved to my room I never got to find my bracelet inside the purse..so being a nurse it’s not enough earning for them..the labor floor need more cleaning more attention

Horrendous hospital. my mom started coming here at the start of her cancer treatment. Doctors were completely rude would get offended if I asked questions and they even started radiation on my moms brain without even consulting the family. We had to switch to city of hope and three years later what they did to my poor mom came back to bite her. Her brain completely fried and at Francis never made sure she actually had cancer in city of hope they were suspecting that she actually never had cancer in her brain to begin with. My mom has passed away due to the horrendous effects of radiation necrosis :( . I wish we would have switched her to city of hope from the start but we were just trusting the doctors. If your doctors gets offended or is defensive about answering questions please switch .

Review for travel nurses: Signed a contract. Only 1 hour later they asked me to start earlier, I agreed. 12 hours later they canceled me for "low census". Hospital has been added to travelers cancelation list.

This is got to be the worst hospital on the planet, avoid this hospital if possible. I felt so neglected and mistreated while trying to recover from a abdominal total hysterectomy. I never got the proper medications for pain nor did they seem to care I was in server pain. The nurse was very disrespectful when I reached out for help. She stated that I was overreacting and I wasn't taken serious. Never have I felt this type of disappointment in a hospital before. Don't come here, save yourself.
