Front desk were friendly and Doctor Zevallos addressed all my concerns. I felt quite comfortable and the fact that he speaks Spanish is a plus.
It was good as always. Somewhat slow but that's means the doctor does not rush you in and I. I love my doctor because he takes the time to explain what I have. That's the sign of true doctor.
I was discriminated against my a doctor and nursing staff in Lynwood which further resulted in them refusing to fill out my FLMA paperwork and I am out of a oncologist and medical treatment. I have never been treated so horribly and it didn't get any better when I spoke with management.
Lowest rating I can give to post is 1 star. If you decide to come to this center, be aware, and make sure you check your Medicare and insurance statements. They order expensive medications and do not administer to the patients. We found out the hard way, because the copays reached thousands with in a 2 month period. I’m posting this because I know how tough it is to go thru cancer treatments and how we are at the mercy of these doctors who only care about the percentage that goes into there pocket.
Wish there was a zero rating. I urge you to look for other centers and not settle for this place because of convenience. Cancer is hard enough, mistakes and negligence that can affect your life are commonly performed here. Come and sit in the lobby and listen to the stories. But some people are so sick they don't mind or sometimes it's the age thats the factor. Dr. Manuel Zevallos is a oncologist that had his own practice and was shut down because of "unknown reasons" and now he's here practicing at this place. If you care about your patient, do your research and fine a center that will aid you because unfortunately sometimes our lifes depends on the decisions these "doctors" make.
Dr. Mostofi is nice, but we're not on the same page when it comes to my pain factor.
Dr. Chung is a horrible oncologist he placed me on hospice and said I don't have much hope anymore and I wouldn't be alive much longer. I was terrified but I went for a second opinion with Dr. Zevallos and he said that was incorrect. I am now in process of filing a lawsuit.
If i could rate this office a zero i would. The staff is very nice and polite, but the oncologist that treats my husband is horrible! Dr. Chung is very negligent, does not care about his patients and seems as if he doesn’t even knks what he’s doing. Recently he gave my husband a medicine he wasn’t even suppose to give him, that left him in bed very weak and hasn’t gotten up since then. Do not let this man be your or your relatives doctor, he does not care!
I was transferred here from the Downey office because it was closer to my new home and I was surprised how different this office in Lynwood is. The staff, nurse and doctor are very polite and respectful. My appointments in Downey use to take over an hour to see the doctor because the staff are gossiping and now in this Lynwood office I'm in and out in about 30mins. I'm so happy for switching locations it feels like a big difference. Thank you Dr. Chung and staff I will recommend you to everyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
