I recommend making an appointment with the Solv app. It’s way faster trust me. I had an appointment at 9 am as soon as they opened. I saw all the employees walk in. 9:05 we are all still waiting outside. The front desk lady that morning, the one wearing the turban, is very rude, she let us wait outside until I decided to walk in, and ask if we could sign in. Anyways was in and out in an hour. All the other staff members are nice.

The staff is friendly, kind, courteous, and considerate. Dr.Aaron, nurses/MA are awesome. Although I’m really sick today , I can say this was one of the best urgent care visits I’ve ever experienced I didn’t have to wait long and when I got in, the MA took my vitals, made sure I was comfortable, the doctor listened to every that was going on with me, examined me, explained the diagnosis , prescribed my medication, and told me what to along with taking the meds, and wished me well. I’m so glad I came here.

The entire visit was pleasant over all for my son and myself. The staff is bilingual which is a plus, they were very nice. The whole visit from checking in to getting his doctor note at the end of the visit didn’t even last an hour. It was fairly quickly and he even got X-rays done on site. I would definitely come here again.
