Dr.Arain is asking patients to come in more often for no big reson and payments are not being recorded. We were asked about payments paid in 2018 2019 and 2020. We kept receipts and called our insurance company to verify Drs account on us as well. The insurance company stated they paid. We returned to the DRs office and asked for a receipt from the doctors office on payment delivered. The accounts are not being recording for payments appearly. The accounts did not offer the requsted receipt or the record of payment to the us the costumers. They were being rude to us. They asked us not to come back until our next appointment. We found they are doing this to others to.

Don’t bother this doctor doesn’t care about his patients his only interest is money and how to bill your insurance. He makes the copay mandatory upfront but doesn’t include it in the final bill. Literally this doctor is shady af he told me information about other patients who had visited him and there conditions. I don’t understood how so many people come here.

I just decided to hang up to this person on the phone who did not want to give her name and look for a new doctor. What a bad costumer service this office has. I knew this from the beginning and I still tried it. But thats it Im not recommend this place. More over I need to see that Dr. Every time I need a prescription for my permanent medication this is ridiculous. This Dr is very commercial and know what to recommend to Bill your insurance. Please look for a different place save yourself a bad moment.

Irene at this office is extremely rude and uneducated and whoever her manager is that oks that behavior is just as bad. Retrain ur staff or get rid of them. Irene actually told me I am not authorized to call in for my 15 year old sons bloodwork results and he would have to call himself then she said the results were not in and I said which is it are they in or not...she said dont yell at me Oh believe me u havent heard yelling yet and I will be filing a very detailed complaint....her justification for the whole thing was her manager is listening and says ITS OK Then i called the diagnostics team who drew his blood and they said they are always rude AVOID THIS PLACE FIND A DR WITH STAFF THAT ACTUALLY HAVE BUSINESS WORKING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD.

Dr. Arain is my primary doctor and I have been seen him for about 5 years. He is very professional. Staff is great friendly and very welcoming. Thank you Dr. Arain and staff for all that you do.
