I went in for an ultrasound, the place was very clean, it smelled good and the front desk woman was kind. I also didn’t have to wait long I’m not sure if it’s because I had a morning appointment but they were fast

I came to get X-rays done and it was quick and the technician was very friendly. This place is clean and the staff is great.

Had an MRI done on April 8th and my doctor didn’t get my results till April 18th much later than what my doctor expected. Because of Madera MRI’s delays and lack of urgency, I went to a follow up doctor’s appointment without being able to get my results and paid doctor visit fees for nothing. I called Maria at Madera MRI on April 14th and 18th expressing my frustration on their lack of urgency and my waste of time at the doctors office because they did not have my results ready (took time off work for nothing). Only after talking to them on April 18th did my doctor claim they first received my MRI results. I don’t ever plan on using their services again because they seemed not to care much about me. They rely on doctor referrals so they don’t really care about providing timely results to their clients and will not reimburse you for wasted time and money because of their lack of urgency. The only excuse I got from them was that their technician did not have my results ready when I first called. Not happy with this facility at all and will tell my doctor never to send me or my family to Madera MRI.
