I had a great experience with the Madera Office services. Plus, I found the glass frames are much cheaper than where I used to go.

We stopped going here because when my husbands ex wife originally took our son there she had put herself on the HIPPA form (non intentionally leaving my husband off the form) when my husband attempted to change the appointment they would allow him to change his sons appointment because "he wasn't on the HIPPA form" even though he is the patients biological father. So rather than canceling the appointment they caused us to be a no call no show and sent us a bill. Thankfully the billing department was better than the receptionist and erased the bill. I would never go back to this place simply because the receptionist made this huge deal that a biological father couldn't reschedule a child's appointment simple because he wasn't on the HIPPA form.

This was my second visit in three years. I've found the staff friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to reccomend the Madera location. I saw the optical staff handle small children respectfully and that's saying a lot. I've found the tech Gina to be a complete asset to this office. She's the best.

I have had a few visits for myself and my daughter. the place is not too crazy busy and not too long of a wait but I don't like the turnaround of Drs. always someone new. The eye tech is really helpful I forgot her name but she is a blond and has been there for many years. I agree with another review and I don't care for the receptionist either.

I never had my eyes checked, 44 year old eyes well I guess I should have them checked. I wasn't sure what to expect so I was nervous even though I don't have a eye problem.We'll they gave me a complete eye exam and all is good, no glasses and that's even better because I don't have a face shape for eye glasses.The office staff was very nice and so was the eye tech and Dr. I will be back when I need some eye glasses.
