Great doctor! Super compassionate, jokes with my kids and they really like him. The individual who left the negative review-what DO knows about every rare disease? He goes above and beyond what any provider we have had has done. And he's the most requested, so he is doing a lot of good. I guess you can't please everyone, some people only get on to say something negative. Dr horspool is a stand up guy. Grateful for him.

The negative review could not be more wrong about this doctor. Dr Horspool is the most caring and compassionate man I have ever had the pleasure of taking my kids to. He is knowledgeable, kind and friendly. My kids love him. He goes above and beyond, every day for anyone. He stays late and phones you personally any time you have a question or problem. He is just an amazing person. Glad to know him.

Terrible. Stay away from this doctor. Extremely incompetent. Urged doctor to help with my son's condition and do specific testing. Denied this help and my son's condition deteriorated to the point of almost dying. After I got the tests done myself and paying out of pocket proving what was causing my son to be so sick, still never apologised or acknowledged that he should have listened to what I suspected was wrong with him. Arrogant, old fashioned, doesn't listen to patients, and does not have enough knowledge or caring to help his patients. The absolute worst pediatrician I've ever had.

Doesn't have enough knowledge about rare diseases. Do not go to this doctor if your child has a complex disorder. Ironically, is supposed to be the head of the complex care clinic at Valley Children's Hospital and yet can't seem to handle anyone with complex health problems. He has no compassion and is extremely egotistical. Is very old and does not keep up with new medical information. Is obviously not passionate about his work and does not care about the children. It's just a money-making secured job to him, nothing more. Is rude and condescending to patients and parents. Stay away and save your child/ren.

This doctor is very arrogant and does NOT care about his patients, I wouldn’t come back to him even if I was on the verge of death and there was no other doctors. I don’t recommend his extreme incompetences.
