This doctors office has hired the worst office staff ever. I think they share the same one brain cell. They just have a job and they don't do it well. They only think of themselves. They ovetbook more than 20 people at the same time. They for get patients and ask dumb questions. Unless your insurance has to go to this doctor do not go to this office. You will spend your whole life at this office. The doctor is forgetful and the office staff could give a damn.

Dr. Arain has been my parents Internist for years. They both trust him implicitly! And, that means a lot coming from my mother who was an RN! Thank you Dr. Arain for your dedication to competent and compassionate healthcare!

The lady taking calls was rude about a question! I needed to get an inhaler prescription refilled and was told no! That I had to see the doctor again, before I could get a refill. It costs 150.00 to see him and I just saw him 6 months ago. I told the lady I couldn't afford the visit and she replied "well we cant afford the lawsuit"! Are you serious its an inhaler not pain pills. Never going to this Doctor again. Rude staff!!
