One of the best doctors I ever had

This review is for the Medical Receptionists at Dr Ashrafs office ONLY. First of all Dr Ashraf is a good doctor. His front office staff have been really bad l and are now worse during COVID19. Over the years they have made scheduling appointments really hard. I was trying to make an an appointment and the lady who answered the phone put the phone off the hook but not on mute so I heard her mimicking my accent and making fun. .They are so rude and disrespectful . There is not one who is kind or compassionate which is sad because Dr Ashraf is a really good guy.

Five Star for doctor Zero for Reception Staff . Dr Ashraf is very kind to his patients however his medical receptionists are deplorable. They are so rude so aggressive cancelling appointments without notifying patients they make accessing the doctor very difficult if you do have to make an appointment with Dr Ashraf be sure to document the name of the person you are speaking with and the date and the details of the call so that you better advocate for yourself .These receptionists are rude unprofessional and vulgar. Be warned.
