Doctor Samrao is good doctor i recommend him, his staff needs work, she sent my prescriptions out to my old pharmacy without asking me where i wanted them sent, i tried having them transferred myself to the new pharmacy, now nobody knows where they are at, what a mess.

Dr. Samrao is kind ,understanding and has a great bedside manner. He is great on his follow thru, and had the best staff. Dr. Samrao understands that your time is just as valuable as his.

Had a new patient appointment today. My appointment was at 1 and I called at 10:45 just to confirm and the receptionist told me I could come early because it wasn't busy. The whole set up process was fast and I was in the waiting are for maybe 20-30 mins. Dr. Samrao went through everything with me from family history to any current symptoms I was having. He spent quality time with me and explained everything thoroughly. And we also had some fun cracking jokes. I definitely recommend Dr. Samrao to everyone because he spends quality time with you and knows what he is talking about, unlike other doctors in the area that leave the room in less than 5 minutes.

Slowest doctor ever... Would rather take care of the Drug reps over his patients

He is an awesome Dr, but he takes a very long time with his patients. If you need10, you get 10 mins. If you need 30 mins, 45 mins. He gives each patient as tho we're the only one. Fantastic doctor

some times one has to wait longer than expected when the doctor has been called to icu. I have sat and listened to others complain regarding the wait, but don't they stop and think about the patient in the icu that needs immediate attention! I, also have witnessed his new staff be verbally abused. it's not thier fault they were hired with no one to show them how his office runs. my opinion, they are doing a great job. I would highly recommend dr samrao.
