Supper slow service would not recommend will be waiting easily over an hour
Friendly staff I usually hate the dentist based off prior experience but they made it a pleasant visit will be returning for future check ups/ appointments here
Dr Tan and Julie were exceptional, very informative, and kind people. I felt at ease the whole time I was there
I have not even been in there yet but everybody i mention it to, tell me to run like hell. Any other place would be an improvement. You will be sorry. And lines like that. So i go to the reviews, and...well...umm..Damn you western Dental, what am i supposed to do now? For Gods sake, fix it.
When I called, I specifically asked for pricing information for X-rays related to a chipped tooth. I was told that the X-rays and evaluation were free, so we scheduled an appointment. However, when we checked in, we were informed that we had to pay $160 for the X-rays and evaluation, and that only orthodontic (braces) consultations were free. This felt like false advertising, so we decided to leave. Perhaps this was a marketing strategy to encourage people to book appointments, or the advertising may simply be misleading. Either way, the information we were given over the phone did not match what we were told when we arrived, which was very frustrating.
I had the best experience at the western dental in madera. It was fast and easy, they able to do my cleaning and braces in 2 day thank to Julie and dr. Choi.
Don't even bother coming here. This is the worst place to have dental work done and I wasn't. I called the receptionist and asked if they took my insurance. The receptionist said yes. I drove 2 hours out just find out that they don't tske my type of insurance. I showed them my card and my dental number and they refused to even acknowledge my dental insurance.
Julie did my x-ray and she was very helpful and professional and I love coming to western dental Madera I liked Dr Choi as well.
Lady up at the front that wears glasses super rude women, always has an attitude like be happy don’t have this job if you’re gonna be rude. thank you.
I showed up thinking medi-cal will cover for my visit. Yes, it did. But the procedure, they added extra $4000 to do work on me, so I couldn't do this. I am poor & don't have that kind of money. They didn't have to do so much extra work. It was unnecessary add ons. I was in pain & worried about what i was going to do. I went to Camarena dental & they were able to help me. I was so thankful. Why would do this to people in pain?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
