Dr. Thomas did a shoulder surgery on my teenage daughter and the recovery and result seem very good.

Dr. Thomas did a partial knee replacement on me in 2010 that needed a revision at Cedars six months later. Dr. Thomas put a partial that was to large for my knee. He was going to do another surgery on my leg stating I had a torn meniscus on the outside of my knee, which wasn't there. Be very careful before letting him operate on you
Performed a patella tendon surgery sept 2015. Knee swollen and had difficulty walking stairs for months. Each month i told him this yet continued to prescribe PT, Arp therapy, acupuncture, a PRP injection and knee draining. Cash cow business. An MRI done 7 months later showed a detached tendon. He blamed it on my protoplasm. Protoplasm? Also said never had a failed surgery. Told him i wanted all my records and would seek second opinion. Records received were incomplete.
Was not totally honest about my choices in that he never said waiting or exercise was an Option with a torn meniscus
Love this doctor he has gone above and beyond any doctor I have been for my daughter!
What an absolute debacle this place is. First, I came here 3 years ago with back problems. They referred me to a pain management doctor in Torrance that they know. I found out he was on probation! The guy was rude, so rude I googled him when I got home. I found out he had various arrests for drugs, soliciting a prostitute, and imprisoning a woman against her will. And they still refer him years later! I decided to give them a pass, thinking that since the pain management doctor was not part of their practice, I shouldn't think lesser of them just for referring him. Now 3 years has passed, and I can give an accurate, detailed, broad based assessment of their practice. They are disorganized, the staff is generally angry to non-caring, they misplace things, schedule appointments incorrectly, and I have been prescribed various things over the years that I did not need or that were questionable. They are running a large scale factory type shop, aiming for quantity over quality. This is not what healthcare is supposed to look like folks. My most recent debacle that led me to write this review and write them off for good now is below: .I needed to schedule an MRI for the ongoing problems with my lower back. .I could not get anyone in their MRI department to return my calls over the course of a week and a half, so I ended up having to physically drive there to schedule the appointment. .I have been in here 4 times now trying to schedule this MRI, they told me I needed a pre-authorization first. My insurance company said that I did not. They have told me various things and reasons why they could not schedule my MRI each time I go in there. .I only waste trips to come in BECAUSE NO ONE RETURNS CALLS! .Today I went in to finally schedule the MRI, thinking I had everything that they wanted to do so, and lo and behold I actually got it scheduled Finally. .I had my my prescription from the doctor for the MRI on me, and no one asked for it. .I left, and was called afterwards and asked for something they forgot, my insurance #. I gave it to them. .I got called AGAIN and they asked for my prescription. I said I was already home and would bring it with me just prior to my scheduled appointment for the MRI. .They asked me to fax or email it to them, but I do not have a fax or scanner at my home. Then they insisted that I make a special trip back and bring it to them physically before the MRI or they would not schedule it. .THERE IS NO REASON THIS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN LEFT ON THE SCHEDULE WITH ALLOWING ME TO BRING IN THE PRESCRIPTION AT THE APPOINTED MRI TIME. .SO NOW I AM HAVING TO WASTE A 5TH TRIP TO GET A SIMPLE MRI SCHEDULED? .No, I am not. I am now abandoning them forever, I'm going to leave an accurate negative review for them everywhere that I can, and I'm going to another MRI facility right up the highway. I cannot deal with their inefficiencies any longer, they have cost me in an enormous amount of lost time over the three or four years I have associated with them. STAY AWAY.
Let me tell you BCO is the best place in the South Bay .I had physical therapy here for a year.I have never seen a more professional yet fun place.Every single appointment was always friendly and courteous .I had two therapists Emily and Eric both superb and definitely beyond the call of duty.I also need to mention a X-ray tech Fred he was so professional ,kind and just there for your every need.I just can't say a negative thing about BCO everyone you encounter is great.Oh course my DR.Brad Thomas he is the best!!

I started seeing dr. T for shoulder pain, found out I had a torn rotator cuff. He preformed surgery, everything went very well. He is one of the best docs in the South Bay, I recommended him to anyone!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
