Dr Frey knew exactly what was wrong with my ankle injury that hadn't healed in 3 years after what I thought was a sprain, down to a quick sketch she made of my tendon with her hypothesis of the problem. MRI came back a week later matching her drawing exactly! First MRI years prior was on an old machine. She did the surgery I needed, and then when it was still taking time to heal (not her fault, tendons take a long time), she injected PRP perfectly and it was finally done healing almost immediately afterwards. I was so angry with the first ortho who missed my ankle issue that I called them, told them I wasn't paying them, demanded an expert, called who they referred me to, saw them but then demanded to know who the EXPERT is - I was given Carol Frey's name, and they weren't wrong!!! If it's your feet/ankle - go see her!!!!! She's a rockstar. And I had a very unique case that very few people have. Thank you Dr Frey!

Dr Carol Frey is an incredible surgeon! My son Lincoln had both his football damaged ankles operated on by Dr. Frey. She promised Lincoln that after the surgery he would have "super ankles" and that what she delivered. Lincoln is so pleased with his new ankles. We are so happy to have found Dr. Carol. If you have any sort of problem with your feet, go to Dr Carol Frey! I've had a problem with my right foot for about a year, went to two different doctors before her, and their only solution was cortisone shots or surgery(for a completely WRONG diagnosis). This guy was about to cut me open to operate for the wrong thing, like are you kidding me? After visiting Dr Frey she had me do an MRI and diagnosed me with a stress fracture of my sesamoid. I bought special shoes to wear every day, and this morning I got my bone stimulator delivered. The company who delivered it was very knowledgeable and efficient. They even delivered to my work place since no one would be available at home to sign for it. Thank you Dr. Frey! Now fingers crossed this heals quickly so I can finally wear heels again

Dr. Frey is probably the best foot surgeon I have ever met. Her expertise is extensive. And the way she explains injury and treatment is exceptional. I can highly recommend Dr. Frey!

Her staff and she were timely, looked closely, did all the xrays and physical exam on my left foot and knees. She not only confirmed what the previous surgeons diagnosed yet also she added her professional diagnosis for beyond what they had said due to the complex injury and dislocation. As I am approaching three long years of pain and suffering, disability, I so appreciated her care, time, and professional thoroughness, to make sure all of my foot and knees were properly addressed of need and care and examination.
