She makes time for questions.

If your goal is to have a Dr. who is thorough she is a great physician. If you would like a physician who is a bit more personable and personally chatty then you may want to go with a different physician. She is looking at your past information or charting on your current visit while in the room with you. It can be distracting for the patient but I have never had her miss a beat on her evaluation of my signs and symptoms. Almost every visit she has picked up on things that I had forgotten. She sees related signs or symptoms in my past record in the computer or she asks more probing questions about a sign or symptom I am telling her about. She has been my primary Dr. for over 10 years. At first I thought she was "good" but a little quirky with looking at the computer alot, but now I know she is working on my case and getting information the entire time. It actually is nice to see that she is concentrating on only me while I am there. Whether that is looking into my chart, charting todays visit, examining me or discussing my current health with me.
