List of Exer Urgent Care's Reviews
I walked in without an appointment but they quickly checked me in (I went in on a Monday afternoon). The nurse at the front desk and NP assigned to me were very friendly and professional. Dr. Kay was fantastic -- incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with breaking down my test results and she made me feel like I was in good hands. I would say my only qualm was that I was waiting in the patient room for quite a bit after the NP stopped by for an initial check-in, but I assume that was probably because of the time it took to process my test results. All in all, I would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
The staff here is wonderful. Text alerts are sent to advise where you are in line. Dr.Kay is a wonderful physician. So fortunate that she works in our town.
Walked in with neck spasm, was seen quickly, given good advice, no unnecessary tests & prescriptions- all within 30 minutes! Amazing - and my neck was right within a few days. Very pleased
Excellent service and quick attention, they have professionals caring for the sick.
One of the best experiences to date at an Urgent Care facility. Extremely professional from the check in to the walking out the door. All in an extremely timely manner. A definite 10. Thank you!
All the staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive to me and other patients. Dr G. Was great to speak to and knowledgeable. The wait was reasonable for the number of people there.
I had a very good experience at Exer Urgent Care. The receptionist was thorough and friendly. The staff that took me back were professional and kind. The X-ray tech was amazing. I saw Dr. Kay who diagnosed my problem with a physical exam and X-rays. She sent me home with the prescriptions I need to get well and wants to recheck me in a few days. I was very impressed with the doctor, the staff, and the very clean facility. There was a bit of a wait but there were many patients ahead of me. Once I got to the room everything went very quickly. I am pleased with the great experience.Well worth the wait.
This place is amazing !! 2nd time here and love how everyone so sweet
Ok. So I only write reviews if I feel like someone could benefit .. especially when it comes to healthcare. Ok first.. girl in the front was nice.. I asked for a copy of a past report 3x and she assured me she would get it..(never got it) . I have a medical background, I feel like I'm not just one of those ignorant reviewers that are spoiled and just hate waiting.. I totally GET wait times in an urgent care. With that being said.. this was awful. I had to get a physical.. which took 5 min. But, I feel like the office was so slow.. there where 5 people there and no urgency. One NP for the office and she was nice but I could tell they were all just annoyed to work. Nobody smiled there. Everything I asked for was a "ok I'll get it but it takes 30 minutes" Really? To print a piece of paper? I think I'll stick to trying my best to stay healthy, and hopefully never end up on this side of town for healthcare. Exer Manhattan.. you dropped the ball.. keep your office staffed so they are much happier and pleasant to be around. People are already sick... sucks to see crappy unhappy faces to a place you're seeking help from.
Friendly staff

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
