From the beginning this place was great. From starting with Lynn to the Dr's. Everyone here treats you like family. They are very helpful and go over everything. Daysy was beyond amazing answering all my questions. Whether it was via email, over the phone or in person she was always so helpful. They made this process super easy for my wife and I. Highly recommended.

I hope my IVF failure at innovative fertility clinic and the lesson I learnt from them will help you make a better decision in selecting clinics and doing your IVF. Here is my story.I started my IVF cycle with an young egg donor through my agency in Aug 2021, all seemed to be good until the IVF completed and it ended up with NO embryos! I asked Dr Rispler why it failed, he told me one of the major reasons was poor egg quality, my egg donor had poor donation outcome in her previous cycle and he told me they did not like the egg donor at all and it was me insisting moving forward, which I was not aware of at all. First, they never disclosed that important fact to me or told me any potential risks of using that egg donor before IVF cycle. Second, they made the wrong assumption about me, they assumed both my agency and I knew that fact, which was not true at all. They blamed it was my agency’s problem as they selected the wrong donor for me, isn’t it always your responsibility to screen the right donor for your patients? I don’t think any agency can make a medical decision. Third, they asked me to switch to the agency they worked before multiple times, so I gave it a try. Ironically, I found out the agency they recommended had very few repeat donors and they were some obvious disqualified donors you can’t use at all (like 8+ donations) while they told me their clinic had very high criteria in selecting donors. If it’s really high criteria, why did not you let me know your criteria at the beginning?As I picked up my medical records, I realized that my sperm testing was missing so I asked them, they told me they did not do sperm testing at all, but both Doctor and Nurse told me sperm was okay, I don’t know how they made the conclusion without testing. They also miss genetic testing, which i don’t know how risky the matching can be that way.The clinic is quite small, it’s small enough to forget what their job is, sperm testing and genetic testing. They have very limited experience in IVF, you can check out their CDC ART success rate and compare with other clinics. Since it’s small clinic, they also had very limited cases in 2018, it may be another reason why my IVF failed. I don’t know how they got so many five star reviews online, when you select IVF clinics, success rate is way more important than 5 star reviews. People can lie, but their success rate won’t.

We had a positive and successful experience at Innovative Fertility. Dr. Rispler, Daysy, and the entire team were helpful and dedicated to helping us achieve our IVF goals. It was always easy to communicate with staff via email or phone, and everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and responsive when we had medical questions or insurance/financial questions. Dr. Berger is also positive and knowledgeable, and a great addition to the team. I felt supported by everyone at Innovative Fertility throughout the entire experience, which is so important, as IVF can be physically and emotionally draining. Plus, it is conveniently located and you can grab lunch or treats at MB Village after appointments. Our family highly recommends.

Absolutely THE best! This was a new journey for me... I was thinking about freezing my eggs and was definitely very nervous. From the minute, I walked in the entire staff made me feel so comfortable. I did three rounds of egg freezing and also was scheduled for a future appointment when I found out I was pregnant - I've been here for 3+ years. Even though, my commute to this office was over an hour, it was an easy decision to come back every time!Here are some details - Perla at the front desk was a just a pleasure to work with - personable, friendly and to the point - it was always easy to schedule appointments. Daysy was the RN who went over the details of what was to come - she put together my calendar, showed me how to do injections and made this new journey very easy for me - pretty much she told me everything I need to know and it felt it was coming from a friend. Dr. Rispler was just fabulous - professional, funny, extremely clear and very knowledgable! I had so many questions and he answered all of them with facts and shared his professional expertise! This last round, my plan was to discuss IVF with the doctors, however I was pregnant before we could begin. I stayed with Dr. Rispler through my first trimester. During this round, Dr. Berger had joined the staff - equally professional and knowledgable, it was great having two doctors ensure my first trimester went so smoothly. Dr. Berger also recommend a doctor who is now my ob-gyn! Very much appreciated!We all go on our own journey, but mine was even better because of everyone at Innovative Fertility Clinic. Thank you!!

My IVF journey started back in 2013 while I was still active duty and looking to preserve embryos for when I was no longer going to deploy overseas. During that time, I went to a fertility clinic in Arizona where I felt as if I was another number. Each time I went in for a check up, I had to explain my whole situation to the same nurse as if to remind her who I was. I went through four unsuccessful cycles and retrievals, which was devastating. What was more upsetting was the response from both the doctor and nurse; "well, we'll just have to try again."Fast forward a few years: I was visiting home one day in 2016 and drove through Manhattan Village and remembered there was a fertility clinic nearby. Yes, Innovative Fertility! I told myself once I was ready I would give this clinic a call to see if they would be able to help me. I actually was home from a deployment in 2018 when my husband and I decided we were ready (emotionally) to start a family. I can honestly say I have never regretted my decision to call them. From my very first visit to my last, the staff at Innovative Fertility has been heaven sent. I cannot express the amount of joy and gratitude I have for each and every person at Innovative Fertility. It took me awhile to write this review because how do you thank a group of people who have made your dreams of becoming a mother, father, parent come true? Dr. Rispler and his wonderful team made this IVF journey an amazing experience. It makes me so emotional just writing this review. And yes, there is a happy ending...we are 11 weeks pregnant with our little one arriving in January 2022. My husband and I are just over the moon with excitement! No one can kill our mood, haha!Thank you Dr. Rispler! You truly are a blessing in our lives. I cannot thank you enough. To the beautiful ladies that helped to make this journey possible (Daysy, Lynn, Perla), thank you for being so patient and accommodating during this journey. I am forever grateful for all your support and your sincere care. It took us three years (due to my deployment and the pandemic)...but we made it!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

And just like that I'm ending my first trimester . Words cannot Express how grateful my wife and I are for choosing innovative fertility center. Dr. Rispler and his team are so amazing. Let's start with Perla, she is so amazing so helpful and so knowledgeable. She took care of all my insurance stuff took her time to explain and if I didn't understand she would kindly explain without showing annoyance. Daysy was our nurse/coordinator she is very cool and down to earth, very helpful and sweet. She would always answer my emails and help me even with the smallest questions I might of had. Lynn was such a sweetheart always very friendly and always made me feel warm and welcomed. Dr. Rispler is amazing!! He explained everything was very true to his words he made me feel very comfortable and confident he knows his stuff! I will definitely be coming back for baby #2. I miss going to my visits this team is epic. Forever grateful

Where do I start? The entire staff at IFC is AMAZING! Who knew that I would ever miss a Dr's office. Dr. Rispler, Daysy, Perla, Lin & Erica (nurse anesthetist) were the truly a wonderful team. I'm grateful for the care & compassion they showed me this this journey. As someone who decided to go through the IVF process solo, I never felt I was alone. I also felt safe going through this process during the pandemic. Never once worried.Dr. Rispler is great at what he does. He definitely is in the right profession. We did 2 rounds of egg retrieval (at his suggestion). Daysy was always around to answer my questions if I didn't understand or forgot something. That's a plus when you're taking sooooo many meds! Perla was the sweetest. She always made me feel better when I was having a bad day. I always felt better after talking to Perla. Lin was funny and kind. Always asked how I was doing and understood my weird humor. Erica, I just can't thank her enough for holding my hand through my egg retrievals. She made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way during the procedure (till she knocked me out lol). After 2 rounds of her being at my side, I'm now trying to convince one of my friends who is currently studying in that field to work at a fertility center.I'm extremely grateful for everyone at Innovative Fertility Clinic. You can't go wrong with this wonderful team. Currently 14 weeks pregnant and I can't wait to visit them with my baby once the pandemic is over.

I have tried a couple fertility clinics in LA and Innovative Fertility Center is by far the best. I get personal, nurturing care from the entire staff - Daysy responds to emails with lightning speed. They always answer the phone immediately and spend plenty of time with me. Dr. Rispler always gave me space to ask questions and gives great, personal care. Best of all, I'm expecting my first baby in June!

All I can say is that I’m so grateful to have found Innovative Fertility Center. Dr. Rispler and his staff have been very patient and caring the whole time I have been a patient. They clearly explain everything and are always willing to answer questions. I would gladly recommend this place to everyone.

PRAISE GOD Im so grateful for Dr. RISPLER, HE MADE OUR WISH COME TRUE I was successful on my first round of IVF with him I’m so glad I chose them I am so grateful I’m so happy it’s so personable there it’s like a family they all their patients by name its absolutely lovely it’s 1 on 1 I’m really sad to have to leave them but I’m so excited I’m going to be a graduating soon thank you Daysy and Perla who are pure angels he has working by his side they are all so supportive and encouraging thank you all forever truly a dream come true if i could id stay with them because they are all so loving the office is so welcoming and warming always good energy and smiles its been a wonderful journey with them all I definitely recommend coming here thank you all soo much ☀️☀️
