My family has endured nothing but complete professionalism and compassion from Dr. Kissel for over 30 years. He will always be our go to Doctor as a general practitioner. I know hundreds of south bay families feel the same way!

I flew in from out of state see Dr. Kissel who was my primary care physician before I moved his staff asked me if I could be called at home with my test results I told them no . A week later his staff called my home phone ,Upsetting my family. Exactly what I wanted to avoid. When I went into his office to ask how this mistake could’ve been made and the problems that it had caused he passed on a message to me to find another physician. I had flown 3000 miles to see him for a very personal matter and I needed his discrepancy and help for which provided none . I can’t help but feel that his bias towards me was personal if you’re looking for someone with empathy and isn’t judge mental this isn’t the doctor for you or your child.
