I have to come here 3 times in a week and not yet well after that. The doctors here gave me cough meds good only for 3 days that I have to go back and ask for more meds and gave me additional meds for 2 days and still have coughs after that then asked for more again. After a week, I still have cough and swollen throat. i should have went to a different urgent care. I also saw someone that collapsed while waiting here so go to a different agent care or ER if you are extremely sick. Waiting time here is always 1 hour minimum. Even of you are the 1st in line, they will still make you wait for 1 hour.

My friend asked me to take her to this urgent care. She had been having some serious health issues, and had gone to 3 different ERs. She'd also spent 3 days as an inpatient in another hospital. But she was still having trouble breathing, swallowing, and her heart was not acting right.There were two young women working behind plexiglass at the reception area. It was only a few minutes before my friend was checked in. The waiting room seemed clean, and every other chair was blocked off for safety.It seemed to be only 20-30 minutes before they called her into the back area, where the doctors were.She texted me with updates as to how her vital signs were, and that she was still waiting for a doctor.More and more patients were filling up the waiting room. One of the receptionists actually asked me if I'd been helped, as she noticed I was sitting there alone. I told her I was waiting for my friend, but that I was going out to my car to wait for my friend there, and charge up my phone battery.It seemed like only a few minutes had passed, and there was someone knocking on my car's window. It was my friend, and she was all finished!She was happy with the doctor, and she was going to have to see 2 different specialists the next day.I felt like this urgent care started to send her in the right direction. It seemed like she'd finally begun to get the care she'd been needing!She still has a ways to go, I think. But, the diagnosis and recommendations from this urgent care were so helpful to her.I want to thank the staff for being kind and patient as well.

I had a horrible experience with one of the doctors there. Dr. Tseng was the treating physician. Upon reading my history which said I have a history of cancer, he asked me when? I told him that I currently have breast cancer. I was horrified by his response. His words "well I wish I could tell you that things are going to be ok" I wanted to cry! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this site for any of your medical needs. Not to mention their employees were rude and unprofessional. Beware!

Friendly Dr.'s. Got me diagnosed & treated pretty quickly. The bldg. was a lot bigger on the inside than it looks like on the outside. Lots of exam rooms. Really seemed to care.

I was very stressed and went to this location mid July with eye pain and the staff was professional..I was seen within 30 minutes by a female doctor who was professional and quick to answer any of my questions. She checked my eyes thoroughly and was gentle and careful. She was able to diagnose my problem and gave helpful advice. I highly suggest this clinic. Thank you.

I fell off my bike and was concerned I had a fracture. All the staff were professional and I received my assessment, xray, and wound care quickly. PA Sato, MA Ashley, and secretary Lauren were all friendly and welcoming. I was provided with complete discharge instructions and a copy of my imaging. Later in the day, PA Sato also revised my return to work letter when my employer requested clarification. PA Sato is an asset to your organization.

He was friendly, very quick and his diagnosis which was correct, and gave me plenty of helpful information about treatment

Even though I came arrived close to closing, Dr Gellman was very thorough in my examination and took the time to explain my situation with patience. I appreciated how he took the time to listen and answer my questions. The staff was also very patient and detail oriented going over vitals and history.

I developed a horrible fullbody itchy rash for about 1.5 months in August 2021.  I went to Torrance Memorial Urgent Care and was treated by Genevieve Hasek, MD., the Medical Director.   Dr. Hasek was perfect for my medical condition in that she was concerned, understanding, very knowledgeable and professional in treating me.  Her medical advice and prescriptions helped to eventually heal the worst rash of my life and I was very thankful to her.
