Great practice, great staff (and most important to me personally), Dr. Scott Rackett is an outstanding specialist and experienced, friendly doctor.Had a full body scan and he clearly explained his observations, answered all my questions and made certain that I understood everything before I left his medical clinic.Highly recommend!

Great doctor. Office is well run and efficient and so is he. They don't keep you waiting. He is very personable and gives you a thorough explanation of his diagnosis as well as what he recommends. Highly recommend him.

First, reception made an error with my appointment time. I showed up at scheduled time. They insisted they sent a text confirmation but only had my land line where I can not get text. I was seen by Dr. I should have heeded the sign but I persevered. For two days following my visit I received email saying I missed my appt. The exam was a mess. The Dr assistant made incorrect notes and claims that I never suggested or stated. My records are made up and untrue. The exam was inadequate and not thorough. The statements made in my records regarding what body parts were checked and any instruction in the aftermath of the exam is untrue. Finally, the injection for a biopsy was extreme and I had a negative reaction. Extreme numbing caused me a sensation that I was having trouble swallowing and the practitioner said "you got this and left the room". I was left without care or concern. I was numb for two days. Beware! I'll now need to go to another Doctor for the exam I expected here. This was horrible exposure to a first time visit. Go somewhere else

I adore this office! Going to the doctors is, lets be honest, not something most people enjoy doing. However, the staff of this office does everything in their power to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, from the front desk to the medical assistants to the doctor. On top of being knowledgeable Dr. Rackett's bedside manner is remarkable. He treats you with respect and I believe he generally cares about your well being, which is rare for a physician.
