Staff is quick gentle and super sweet
Quick efficient and friendly phlebotomists here What mattes most is that they always get my tests right and they have experienced phlebotomists here Overall would recommend coming here.
I went in the week of Jan 4th to get a blood test and no big deal things for the most part went smooth. The bathroom setup is odd though. Down the hall and you have to use keys to get in. Could easily walk in on someone else. Because of my test results my Doctor wanted me to go get another blood test. So I went in this morning waiting in line for 20 minutes and they tell me that I cant get my test done here. I also was just tested here. Even though they have a partnership with the other Torrance Memorial locations and the other blood drawing locations are currently closed. Thus all patients are being sent to this location. A lady probably Karen told me I had to go to a quest location. So I drove home called my Doctors office and they said that she should have allowed me to get my blood test done at this location due to the others belong closed. I will never use this location again unless all other options are unavailable. This was a terribly frustrating experience.
Ive used various medical groups in the last 30 years and while the physicians in this network are fine the staff at their draw stations need serious training on professionalism. If you have the misfortune of having to use this coven to draw your blood expect the Phlebotomists of Eastwick to be more concerned with their processes than with your concerns.Oh and PS if you have specific mask types you want patrons to wear letting them know BEFORE they get there would greatly curtail lack of compliance. Shout out to the venipuncturist who handed me a disposable mask WITH NO GLOVES. Luckily I had my own. Will NOT repeat.UPDATE Yelp took down the first review because it appeared that I got the locations mixed up. Funny how I still received a message from a Torrance Memorial rep telling me to use their site to lodge the complaint. Now we know just how Torrance Memorial operates. This is how they keep their ratings just spin off the troublesome department into a whole new profile. You should really review these requests from proprietors more carefully Yelp
Painless and friendly.
This is one of the best labs that I have been to. After a little trouble finding the office they were very fast getting me in and the technician was fabulous. I didnt even feel the needle go in and after they filled 9 vials I didnt even get a bruise which I usually do.I will continue to come to this lab for all my draws.
I go to the Manhattan Beach draw station and have always had the best experiences Little to no waiting. Absolutely no pain or mistakes trying to find my vein and great customer service with very friendly employees. Im not one to worry about getting blood drawn but I know many people are and you really have nothing to worry about if you go here At least this has been my experience and I have had to go quite often unfortunately
Quick blood draw and friendly staffHI Fast Walkin ServiceLO Depending on hours parking could suck as its shared with the entire medical building.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
