Dr. Susy Yusung is EVERYTHING We have been seeing her since 122019 and with a very active toddler we seem to be seeing her frequently. She is the most caring compassionate calming and attentive pediatrician. It feels like weve known her forever because she is so personable and welcoming. I highly recommend her to everyone. She has nailed every ailment weve come to her with whether it was a video phone or in person visit. We are so thankful we found her

We switched to this office after our insurance changed last year. We have been happy with them so far. We have seen doctors Brucker and Yusung and both have been very thorough. Staff is kind. Offices are clean. Pretty easy to make appointments.

Switched to this office after our pediatrician closed her office. Both of my kids attend and weve been happy since we switched. We have always been able to be seen the day we call. Well visits are easy to schedule. Wait times vary sometimes long sometimes short. Only downside is they dont operate like a warm and cozy family practice no texting the doctor with questions no texting photos of rashes etc.

I took my daughter here recently because of location and word of mouth. Dr. Susy was very nice and seemed knowledgeable and caring. She even called us after about a week because my daughters headaches werent going away with medication.  She said someone from her staff would be calling us with referral information.  That call never came.  When I called today to make a wellness appointment because my daughter is still not feeling well I was told I couldnt get in until the end of December.  The staff is very abrupt and unfriendly.  No thanks. Im going back to Columbia Pediatrics.

Took my daughter here for problem with her eyelid dr was good but theres nothing after that. We need a referral to a specialist theres no update on whats going on with that and theres no contact info for the people that approve the referral. Update referral was received by the opthamologist they are not seeing the matter is urgent and told me they would be in contact with me within 72 hours. The office staff here needs to be fired and replaced with well trained staff that know how to properly write referrals and handle customer service.

We have been with Dr Wongs office since 2005 when it was Manhattan Beac h Kids Doc. We love all the doctors there including Dr Louie and Dr Burgett. We have taken our kids here for every type of ailment that kids come up with including all my younger sons problems associated with special needs and we have always found the doctors knowledgeable kind and helpful. I have never in ten years had one complaint except about wait times but they have seemed to improved over the years. They have been wonderful.

I am mom to 4 kids ages 1 thru 22.  I say this because due to moving and insurance changes Ive met my fair share of Pediatricians.  With that said Dr Wong and Dr Burgett are among my favorites especially if you are a person who likes information like me.  Dr Wong is our normal Ped and I really like the way she approaches my kids and whatever issues they are having.  She has a very calm demeanor and she listens to my concerns.  I recently had to see Dr Burgett on Dr. Wongs day off.  Dr Burgett is incredibly thorough as well.  What seemed to me as a flu and cough was treated very seriously... chest xrays breathing treatment rxs all during her lunch break.  I am very impressed.  As for Pediatricians I hope we get to stay with this office for a LONG time  You cant put a price on peace of mind.On a side note there is sometimes a wait.  While inconvenient I personally dont mind this a great deal because the Drs are thorough and I hate it when I feel rushed during my time with the doctor.

Had to provide an update... something must have changed in their staff because the dealings with the front desk has improved immensely. Also in the meantime our doc has changed actually happened a while ago and we were incredibly fortunate to have been assigned to Dr. Letty Burgett. I cannot say enough good things about her. Incredibly smart patient and just full of common sense. She also knows very well how to convey complex diagnosis into something us mortals can understand.

Weve been coming here since 2004.  Weve had 4 changes over the years.Although there was a lot of turnover the doctors we got were always good.  And Dr. Wong and Dr. Burgett have always been there so there is continuity.  Some doctors had a fantastic way around kids e.g. Dr. Ting and Dr. Fulkerson and we enjoyed having them.What I really like about this place is that if there is a sudden emergency for example my son has a worsening infection or suspected illness and we had to see the doctor right away. they always managed to squeeze us in.  For example Dr. Louis just saw my son after 5pm this month for a small emergency.
