I had an appt for covid testing which I had done at the Manteca site. Never spoke to a Dr. But received an EOB from my insurance showing that they billed a new patient office visit with a modifier 95 which means a video visit. I never spoke to a Dr in my life from this facility. The same for my husband. I reported them to my insurance and the department of justice. If the same has happened to you report them call 8667205721 National center for disease fraud or file a complaint online <a href=redir?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.justice.gov%2Fdisasterfraud%2Fwebform%2Fncdfdisastercomplaintamps=258ba2adeeeb11c075e21e9dc996ee8d2da94126500203d12254e89ee5557648 target=blank rel=nofollow>justice.govdisasterfra…<a> form. You cant even speak to anyone on the phone for billing at Modern urgent cares. WATCH OUT FOR FRAUD BILLING.

Turn on your phones for when your scheduling system glitches out instead of just rejecting patients because they couldnt set an appointment any other way and it wouldnt recognize them as am existing patient 🤷♂️Also they treated me like I was overreacting in getting tested because I was vaccinated only for like the next day the cdc to confirm that viral loads for covid can be just as big for the vaccinated so thanks a ton stockton modern urgent care

I have been emailing MUC for six months trying to get an itemized receipt to submit to my insurance. this is ridiculous I can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone as they’ve disabled the phone lines do not go here. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the California Dept of Health.

They got me in and out as fast as possible. I could not get in with my own doctor because they were too busy but MUC of Manteca got me in. Their staff was really nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Went this morning and my experience was great. My wait time wasnt bad at all. I had a severe Migraine. The staff was friendly and helpful. I went home and within 30 minutes was feeling much better. Thank you Modern Urgent Care

The only reason Im giving this a 5 star is for the lovely nurse Maddy who helped me receive covid 19 testing. She made sure I was well taken care of and answered all of my questions so well. She is a spectacular candidate for a raise or promotion. Thank you Maddy

Brought my daughter here to get her vaccine after making an appointment on my turn. It went so smooth and we were in and out Didnt take hours like it did at the location I had mine done at. The employees were attentive and and informative. Well kept location following covid safety guidelines.

I came with my older dad for his seconds time vaccine and I for the first time I forgot my face mask since we usually always drive my van and this time we drive my dads truck and not his everyday car we que always have a box of them.. I ask the nurse for one and she said they dont have any. Por office they cant afford one mask. I should donante some.
