Melissa front desk lady she is very rude. She doesn’t know anything about perfessionalism. She should be fired. This office is getting too many complaints because of her. She doesn’t want to help anyone who come to their office. Where is management? How people like me can complain about her? Melissa is arrogant person. She is find another place to work. Health care is not for her.

Very rude front desk lady I had an appointment and she does not want to tell me what all is needed to fill out the form. all she wants to say is go where you want to and they will tell you. Very rude to answer. The doctor should consider hiring someone else. Someone more helping and polite definitely the doctor will get more business if she is not at the front office.

This place is great People act like an Urgent Care is a Kaiser or Sutter. Dr. Raj and the ladies there are great. Ive been going here for 3 years and even made Dr. Raj my primary care. I have gotten MRIs blood work referrals to sleep study and pain doctor all through them. May be wait a little bit but thats expected. I have been referring my family to go to dr raj.

I never leave yelp reviews but I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Melissa from Main Street Urgent Care. I took my boyfriend here today because he was experiencing severe pain from a possible kidney stone. He was able to be seen right when we arrived thanks to Melissas outstanding customer care.  While the doctor was treating my bf for his pain I was speaking with Melissa about the out of town emergency room visit from the day before due to the severity of his pain. I was feeling overwhelmed unsure of what to do and not receiving any clear advice from the prior emergency room visit other than to contact a urologist. Upon contacting a nearby urologist I was unable to obtain an appointment for my bf with out having a CT scan done first. I felt like I was going in circles trying to get the right medical treatment or advise for my bf. Expressing my concerns and frustrations to Melissa she went above and beyond to assist me in getting the medical help we needed. She handled all necessary insurance authorization protocols and set us up for a CT scan immediately at Doctors Hospital. Doctors Hospital performed a CT scan and the results came back that my bf did in fact have a kidney stone. Thank you Melissa and Main Street Urgent Care.

Horrible service. How do you advertise that you close at a certain time but when I called they said were done for the day it was 2pm. What a joke.

Worst urgent care ever got there at 420pm and the doors were locked

I went to this clinic yesterday 91118 in a lot of pain. The staff up front were kind and helpful. The assistant on back treated me with the utmost care and compassion. Dr. STROME was amazing. She took care of all my needs not rushed and after her diagnosis and treatment within an hour I was already feeling so much better. THANK YOU MAIN STREET URGENT CARE.

I was in a really bad situation today kidney stone with no where to turn being a recently retired military vet without insurance. These ladies were angels got me in and on my way in record time ive gone to emergency rooms with a kidney stone before and had to wait 4 hours of pain just for the shot in the arm. Im so grateful to them and their staff.

These girls are great There is a new owner and the bad reviews are from the previous one. Im a truck driver and i truly was in an emergency and over 2000 miles away from home. They were so kind courteous and accommodating to my situation. Prices were extremely fair especially considering my situation. The front desk was very pleasant and the Dr. was extremely patient to all my questions and was not in a rush at all. There was a staff member named Melissa who was sincerely sympathetic to my situation i and felt she truly cared beyond her job requirements. I gladly give them a 5 star rating Marco
