The staff has always treated us very well, the doctor is a great doctor she never made us feel like she was rushing even when she was crowded with patients she’s always asking if we have any questions concerns and I always walked out feeling great about the visit, thank you to the staff and the doctor for great service

Friendly staff and a really great doctor. We felt really comfortable being here and didn’t feel rushed or unimportant even though we may not continue to use Dr. Bumatay due to distance from home.

I dont know how this office has high reviews. Coming from Kaiser you can definitely tell the difference in service and care. First of all the front desk staff continuously has an attitude and no personality. There have been 2 occasions I specifically remember that I have called and their follow up was terrible. I was waiting for results for xray results and called numerous times in one day and no one answered and once they did promised someone will call me back with an update. No call and the same situation occurred the following day. Just recently I was pending blood work for my son and I am initiating a follow up on his results daily with a promise Dr will call me back. Finally someone did towards the end of the day stating sorry we are swamped. Not exactly what I want to hear and then leaves me with not so pleasant news then she stated Dr will call you first thing tomorrow. What's the point of calling if you are not the dr to then tell me bad news and leave me with the anxiety of what to do next. The Dr. did not call me in the Am therefore I called and again office stating dr will call me back. This was the last draw. I have switched drs and cannot deal with this office anymore they are terrible. As far as the dr Bumatay she is okay but her office staff needs training on patient care. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
